We purchased a new system (TV, sound bar, router set), with pledged old TV pick-up, delivery and set up. Delivery was not made on promised day, but took place two weeks later then promised. I received three different stories as to why the promised delivery was not made. Also promised (3 times) was the pick-up of the older style TV to coordinate with the delivery (we provided the brand, model and weight each time). The pick up did not happen, so with the old TV in place, the set up could not be done. But, we accepted the delivery to try to make some progress. The delivery crew was professional and helpful. But Best Buy failed them by not doing what we (and they) expected, and, of course, Best Buy failed us. To deal with Best Buy post-purchase was a true disaster; just try to get through to the sales associate. If you make a purchase get a supervisor contact and be sure to get their phone extension. We are now a month post-purchase and the old TV pick up has not happened, and we have not yet been offered potential pick-up dates. And, of course, our new TV is not set up, it is sitting in a box. Explore all of your purchase options. If you select Best Buy, good luck - you will need it.

The guys who delivered my TV were great. They removed my old huge TV. Finished assembling the tabletop TV mount I had bought. Mounted the TV onto it. Remounted it when I needed the height adjusted. Spent time making sure everything was how I wanted it. I never felt they were rushing through it. Very nice guys.

The two guys, Erik and David, from Geek Squad who installed and set up my new Samsung Q60A TV were very professional and patient as I asked questions which they answered to my satisfaction. They took their time with the set up of wifi and the three apps that I use the most. They called me to let me know that they had a cancellation and if it was alright if they could come earlier than expected and I said sure come on and let's get the TV installed. They treated me with respect and that tells me something about Best Buy and the way they treat their employees.

When we bought the new TV we made it clear that the old TV was 20 years old and very heavy. Unfortunately only one guy was sent who did not have the equipment needed to haul this heavy beast away. I had to make another appointment. The second appointment went well, and the TV was successfully hauled away. This is something I could not have done myself, and I am glad this service was available.

We purchased a Geek Squad membership. We had them install our new TV and that person did an excellent job. He wrestled an old non-smart TV from a cabinet. It was extremely heavy and there was no way he could get it to his truck. He said Best Buy would arrange for another company to come the following day to remove the old set and they did. We appreciated the phone contact to verify the service. We were very satisfied with the Haul Away service.

The crew was excellnt and professional no fuss set up! Was done in like 40 mins.

Haul Away service was superior - 2 guys came with special belts to handle removing a large, very heavy old TV. They were very mindful of not hitting anything, and bam, that TV was gone on 30 seconds. I was thrilled!
