This service saved me so much time and effort! Moreover, I learned so much about the TV and how to use it efficiently. My team was excellent, professional and did an excellent job answering some of the technical questions I had. Will definitely use this service again.

It was gone when I came back home. Quite easy and glad to have my tv out of the storage room.

the entire recent experience was absolutely superb, from in store to delivery, most people dont realize how important the delivery is. Any type of great in store service can be greatly diminished if the delivery goes south. all good top to bottom. also samsung 58" tu690 was a score. after tweaking picture settings to dynamic we are very happy . would definatley reccomend.

The two individuals sent to unpack, setup the new TV and remove my old set were unprofessional, lacked technical knowledge of the new TV and not friendly. They unpacked the new TV not complying to the instructions on the box, and put the installation instructions back in the box with the packing material. After several attempts to assemble the new TV, they dug out the the instructions from the box and started the process again. The TV has the receiving unit separate from the screen and had to be attached to the free standing base. They didn't know what it was. They had difficulty understanding the instructions but finally got it assembled and hooked up to my internet and cable. They then handed me the remote. They failed to remove the protective film on the screen and left. From my stand point, they lack knowledge and technical expertise.

The guys were excellent. They were knowledgeable and helpful in every way. The existing wall mounting didn't quite fit the new TV and they made necessary adjustments to make it fit. They were first-class guys who really knew their stuff. I never cease to be amazed at the knowledgeability, expertise, helpfulness and overall customer service quality of the Geek Squad members who have serviced our home over the years. I greatly appreciate the time and patience that my installer had to obtaining just the right fit for my liking. Working at a fast pace and applying a job well done leaves a great experience for me. It made a great addition to my existing room.

I will never have anything installed or delivered by Best Buy again. The people in India canceled my appointment three times without no explanation so you can imagine by the time my Neighbor connected it the OLED experience was gone. There was no thrill about it at all because Best Buy put a bad taste in my mouth. I wasted 3 days of my vacation with cancellations orders. So the point is they never installed my product at all. I had request the services of my neighbor to come over and hook up my TV with all my other video devices.

Roku tv's make it very easy to cut the cable. Resolution is amazing and the Geek Squad did a great job installing it. Roku also has great customer service when i needed help with my remote.

After being so disappointed my old t.v. finally gave up, it was such a relief to have my new fabulous t.v. delivered and installed. The technician, was kind, patient, professional. He patiently explained all the functions, options.

Lugging old electronics is a bit mush as a senior. The haul-away service was great!

After purchasing a new TV from Best Buy, I needed to have my new flat screen set up and the “OLD” rear projection box TV hauled away. It was very big and heavy so got a special deal since I had purchased a TV from Best Buy and they arraigned to have it picked up. The crew called the day day of the pick to say they were able to come earlier than my scheduled time. They showed up promptly at the new scheduled time and hauled away the old heavy TV. It went quick and uneventful. Great Best Buy experience!!!

Quick and easy. The Geeks arrived within the scheduled window. They called in advance to say they were on the way. Quick, polite free delivery of a 55" TV and the removal of its dead cousin, all in a matter of minutes.

Worst service ever. It took them four trips for them to install the TV and get it working correctly and explain to my 88-year-old mother how to operate it. The first TV they brought out was missing parts. The second crew set it up on a stand, but didn’t know how to wire it in. The third crew that came out got it going wired it in but didn’t know how to operate the TV. Then they sent out the geek squad guy who was very knowledgeable and got it set up. Each trip cost me $119 even though they did not do what they were supposed to do. I still had to pay to get the next crew to come out. Very unsatisfied.

The TV installer arrived on time on the day scheduled. He was polite, efficient, and showed my how to use the controller. In less than an hour, he was gone! Great service!

Thank you t my Salesperson, Andrew. What a pleasure it was to work with him. He was busy when I arrived, and he quickly acknowledged my waiting. He gave me some excellent advice, guided me through purchasing all the items for my new installation, and he upgraded my Webroot Plan from standard $99.00 to $200.00 plan. Andrew truly has some excellent Customer Skills, and I thank Best Buy Inc for hiring such quality.

An extremely good option to have, because then you don’t need to be concerned about where to take the old tv for recycling or have someone else come get it.

Install team took away what we were replacing as promised.
