The guys knew exactly what to do. They was fast to install and programmed my remote as well as show me a few things. It was worth paying them to install my new TV and swivel stand.

Geek Squad Mounted EVERYTHING. They did my gaming monitor, Xbox Series X, PS5Pro, Nintendo Switch, Soundbar System and so much more. (I HELPED OF COURSE BUT THEY DID MOSTLY EVERYTHING.)

The agents were very skilled, knowledgeable, and helpful. They removed my old TV and my new one setup, hooked up, and working very quickly. They helped me learn hiw to operate it

They cleaned up afterwards and were very thoughtful as well as friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family members.

This was the Samsung 85" QLED TV. It has a beautiful picture and great clarity. Like being at a movie theater in our great room. The room measures 19 ft. by 23 ft. and the size is perfect for the room. I highly recommend it if you have enough room in your home for it. A+++

Geek squad did a great job of setting up my new tv and hauling away the trash/boxes. Hauling/installing such a large tv is hard so I appreciate their help!

The guys were in and out in less than 45 minutes These guys were a couple of pros. You could tell that this was not the first 98 inch TV that they had probably even hung today.!! Five stars highly recommend

The gentleman that installed my television was prompt, courteous, and great at his job. He set up and connected everything. He explained how to use the television and the remote. Every question I had was answered. I would recommend this service to everyone. I have already told a lot of people how fabulous the service was. I really needed someone to set up my television and your good squad service was perfect.

Casey & Justin were absolutely fantastic support. They had the forethought to bring protective blankets to facilitate removal & installation of the new TV & prevent potential damage to the mantel. They were thorough, understood all the nuances of my 15 year-old system & ensured that the new TV worked flawlessly after installation. They took the time to ensure I understood the integration of multiple remotes for both my receiver & cable box as well as the new TV. In addition, Casey provided updates on their arrival time well in advance of the actual appointment. Casey was very knowledgeable, professional & a huge help in getting everything set up. He even took a little extra time to tidy up the cord connections so the installation look clean & orderly. And the haul-away of my HEAVY, 60" plasma went well also. I was 100% satisfied with everything. Thank you.

We love the clarity of the picture and the size. So much clearer than our older T.V. Because we are senior citizens, the Smart T.V. is smarter than we are, and the streaming features have been more difficult to navigate, but we'll figure it out.

The agents set up our tv and connected it to all our devices. Made sure everything was working good before they left.

The Squad took our older great room TV and installed it in the office. They made fast work of removing the existing office tv and got it ready for the recycling team who would arrive later in the day. next they made quick work of mounting the great room tv on the existing wall mount, and centered it securely. They did a great job!

I was very pleased with my Geek squad service. I bought the 85 inch QLED 90C Samsung so I needed their help. They were wonderful in setting up my television, Wi-Fi, remotes and making sure my Blu-ray player, DIRECTV and even my firestick were connected and working great with the Samsung. They calibrated the Samsung with very good sound quality and picture quality that they knew worked very well with this QLED 90C TV. I’m so happy that I did the haul away because my 50 inch plasma was just way too heavy and they easily recycle that for me. Thank you Geek squad, I really appreciate your help! I included photos before/after of my old 50 inch plasma to my new 85 inch Samsung, love it !

The two service techs did an outstanding job connecting my LG G3 and connecting the surround sound speckers up, The base has never sounded so good. They went above and beyond to replace a connection on my bass speaker. True professionals and very personable.

Best service!!! Nothing short of amazing!! The agents were prompt, professional, and very careful, they even covered their shoes before entering my home. The installation took all about 20 minutes. They tested the TV to ensure it was properly installed as well. I have recommended Geek Squad to everyone. The two agents were soo very polite and informative.

TV is great. Just the bad thing is had to pay for them to open box and set on shelf. What a scam

The tv has a perfect, crystal clear picture and amazing sound. Streaming any show/app is incredible! I will buy another one if I ever need another tv. The Geek Squad arrived with this TV & so carefully mounted it to the wall. The two gentleman arrived on time, answered all of our questions and went above and beyond!
