Customer service and trying to get my tv delivered and set up. My original appointment was for Friday, June 23. Never showed up, and never called. I called late in the afternoon that day and for the next 5 days. No one ever called me back, no one knew anything. Kept pushing me off to another person and it was always someone else's fault. Yes, I also feel I should be compensated for what has been done to me. Finally, from Geek Squad, Ryan called me, explained what happened, and made a point to take care of it on June 28th. So yes, I was very upset! Geek Squad should be proud of Ryan B because he knows and respects customer feelings. geek Squad should be very grateful for Ryan B! Jodi

Great service. He took the time to show me how to operate the remote and even suggested I use the old remote control system because I was used to it. I love my new TV set.

the agent was very friendly. He did the setup o of my TV in a very effective manner. He answered all my questions. The whole setup was done smoothly and with no delays.

My TV was mounted & connected to all my devices in a short amount of time.

We wish we were instructed better how to adjust the tv so we could have appreciated it from the beginning. I believe we could have set it up by ourselves. So much for a $200.00 delivery charge.

the guys were great !! Knowledgeable and they hooked up my existing blu-ray player. No problem with anything they did. 10 out of 10 !!!

Had a few agents through Total Tech viwit us, first to install and cover all the bells and whistles of the new TV. But needed new DirecTV box, and once we got that, another excellent Total Technician came and finished set up. Everything works great.

My technician did 6 installations and he was quick fast effective and efficient. He talked to us the whole time while installing and let us know about the features and future products that can make life watching tv so much more enjoyable. I liked how he kept each area clean and did not leave any mess like most techs would do. I really like the geek squad and would definitely have them back again.

the staff who came to install very professional, they left my room clean and there was no clutter, they took all the garbage, the installation very professional and fast the cables very orderly and left everything working and insured, very good.

The Geek Squad tech. that came to install our TV was excellent. He was very professional, very personable and willing to do what it took to make us happy. He saw the I couldn't hook up our other TV and connected for us. Great Geek Squad Tech.

The installer was very professional and competent. Explained everything that I needed to know about my new TV's installation and start up. Recommend this option for people not tech savvy.

Agent took down and hauled away old malfunctioning TV and installed new one very quickly and with great care - then made sure all the features worked. Very impressed.

The agents did a great job in hooking up my Tv. They showed me how to use my remote for my amazon TV. They also removed the old TV to a different spot for me. They were very polite and called before arriving and was here when they said they would be.

The set up crew were very professional, helpful and gave me useful tips on how to maximize the enjoyment of the tv and soundbar. Commendable Team!

Geek Squad are EXCELLENT at setting up your TV. They take their time to make sure everything is right. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Great service and great guy. He set up my tv with no problem. On time and obviously knew his job very well.. I would definitely use them again.

I was a little concerned when I was told by the sales staff that the install time would be "sometime between 7:30 AM and 7:30 PM" However, there was a follow-up Email that narrowed the time to something much more acceptable, and the installers even called to say that they were about 10 minutes away, which was very much appreciated. Both installers were competent, efficient, worked well together as a team, and had a sense of humor. They patiently answered all of my questions, even the ones that I asked more than once, and even took the initiative to tell me things that I hadn't even thought to ask about. I was very pleased with both of them and with the installation.

Thexset up was great. They were on time professional and cuteous

The gentleman from Geek Squad called and arrived on time, he helped us put the t.v. on the wall, even though it wasn't on the order, it was actually heavier and awkward for us to put it on the wall. Jerome set up the set with no problem very quickly and explained all the different options we could use. Highly recommended!

Installation was done quickly, without fuss. Connection to the Direct TV controller was done and they demonstrated the features and use. TV is really great
