I was most happy with the service I received from the Geek Quad. The guys were very professional. I had a more complicated set up than most and they knew how to handle it, and did listen to me when I told them how I wanted it hooked up. They then made sure everything worked and that I knew how to work the new product. I would definitely use them again.

Delivery & setup went extremely well. Included was device startup & intructions to operate it. Answered all questions & left contact info with us to reach them if further help needed.

Both fellows worked well together. They were friendly and professional. Best Buy is lucky to have both of them. Knowledgeable and efficient.

Jeff, the technician, quickly unboxed, and installed the TV and connected it to all my devices. And, he programmed the TV remote to my Cable remote. He, also, showed how to use the features of the Smart TV.

I am so sorry I have forgotten the gentleman’s name who installed my TV. He was excellent, very competent, very fast, and really friendly. Really he is great and I apologize that I have forgotten his name.

The gentleman did a terrific job in setting up my TV's and took the time to get me signed in to Roku an showed me how to navigate through my Smart TV's.

Geek squad arrive early and started to work immediately and quickly installed my new TV. They really knew what they were doing.

The two guys were very efficient. They had the TV unboxed, legs on and on the stand in 10 minutes. Hooked it into the online service and had me watching TV in a very short amount of time. They also were nice enough to move my old projection TV into another room. Could not have asked for better service.

Our large TV was set up with two geek squad members with easy explanation function of new big TV.

Our installer did great work in very little time. The only reason I gave the service 4 stars instead of 5 was price. At this rate the Geek squad is at least $100.00 per hour.

The techs arrived as scheduled and installed the TV and hooked it up to my existing sound unit without any issues. They answered my questions and gave me a quick start course regarding the operation of the TV.

Installers set up new TV and home theater system. They did a good job. Took theeir time. Highly recommend this service.

The team that setup the TV always let me know when they would arrive. They took out the old TV and put up the new one and get it all set and explained all the things they changed and setup up for me.

There is no way I could have done this myself. I would have had to watch tv on my computer I guess. These two guys brought my tv in, hooked up everything, asked me where I wanted everything plugged in, did it all nice and neat, then showed me how to use everything. They left here and I had a new tv with a picture that still blows my mind! I love showing it to my friends. Its like being at the movies.

We received excellent installation by John and Dustin. They were professional, helpful, and very communicative. They answered all our questions and anticipated ones we didn’t think to ask. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

The technician was professional and very conscientious. He personally went through the multiple settings to ensure my viewing of the new TV optimized its capabilities.
