We purchased the LG 55" B8. Beautiful picture and simple to use ... so far.

I exchanged the 55 inch TV to a 75 inch TV. Leo and Max did an excellent job installing it. They went above and beyond the call of duty

GEEK SQUAD SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT...SO PROFESSIONAL, SO KNOWLEDGEABLE,SO PATIENT AND KIND!

I spent a little more money to get the TV and sound bar set up correctly. The geek squad tech did a great job. He made sure the TV connected to my WIFI, connected to the sound bar, and showed me a couple of tricks with the controllers. He did an adjustment on the TV settings because he had set up many Samsung 55's with HDR in the past. I could not be more pleased with the final settings and sound. Thank you Geek Squad.

Installation was done quickly, without fuss. Connection to the Direct TV controller was done and they demonstrated the features and use. TV is really great

Jimbo & his co worker were absolutely outstanding. Very professional removed old TV and made sure our new LG was up and running properly along with making sure we completely understood the functions of the TV & Remote.

He helped me with the power on/off usage after installation (a previous installer had told me the wrong thing) & picked up the too large TV that I needed to exchange. Unfortunately the mute button on the remote didn't work but he had already left so I had to make another reservation.

The Geek Squad mounted and connected it to all devices. Also assembled a large TV table fitting a 56 inch Sony. Very pleasant and nice people.

The guys carried our big TV upstairs, connected it quickly and then gave us a tutorial on how to use the remote, etc. They helped us set up our preferences and answered all our questions. We were very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge, including the ability to to talk to us “old folk” in terms we could understand. They were great!

I had Mike Martens come out to set my whole new entertainment system & I can't say enough about the excellent service he provided. Spent plenty of time explaining how everything worked even though there is a learning curve to operating a new 4K system that I am still working on. I highly recommend him & please pass on my thanks to him!

The most efficient and well-done service I've had from recent service people. I appreciate that the techs took a few minutes to show me some of the features of my new device.

Our technician arrived on time and prepared. He brought our new tv with him and took away all the boxes when he was finished. Definitely worth it to not have the hassle of doing it yourself.

The agent removed the old unit, installed the new unit and connected everything very quickly and neatly. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in great detail especially to me a "tech dinosaur" that was very easy to understand.

Brandon was extremely professional. He made sure that my husband and I were knowledgeable about our new LG TV. He connected all my apps and was extremely patient with both of us. Hope all of your techs are this knowledgeable and kind.

The Geek Squad installed my TV & Home Theater System for me. I could have done this myself but I chose to have the Geek Squad do the installation. This was a great investment. I learned so much from them, especially the fine tuning to get the peak performance from the TV & optimal sound quality from the soundbar & rear speakers. GREAT INVESTMENT!

The two gentlemen that delivered the television were extremely neat and careful when setting it up. They made sure it had a good internet connection, checked to see if there were any firmware updates and also connected it to operate with my fire TV and AV receiver. They also hauled out my older flat panel for recycling.

the agent was very friendly. He did the setup o of my TV in a very effective manner. He answered all my questions. The whole setup was done smoothly and with no delays.
