Excellent customer service and excellent work i like the work

They were great & masked & kept their distance. They were very patient with us, when we realized it wouldn't fit on our existing tv stand & scrambled to find something else. We were pleased that they cleaned up after themselves & set up the set for us & explained the easy remote. Professional & personable

Was included with the Total Tech protection plan. The TV was delivered & set up in the room of choice. We chose to have it on a stand, but they would have mounted it to the wall if we desired that option.

Excellent technical support - members of the Geek Squad who installed and set up our new Samsung TV and Logitech remote were on time, courteous and very professional, in addition to being "experts" in what they needed to accomplish. Our new system is now fully integrated with older components, thanks to their commendable efforts

We were extremely pleased with tech expert, Chris (South Portland, Maine), who has helped us immensely in the past after a stressful move. He is smart, courteous, polite, positive, sociable and kind. He has expert knowledge so we are delighted to have him return to our home every time we need help.

They set up the TV. Explained everything to us. Answered all our questions…and we had a lot of them. They were very knowledgeable, patient, courteous and neat. Could not have asked for better service. It is very good to know that if we have a problem, they will be here to take care of it.

We bought this for the convenience factor. A sub-contractor showed up when he said he would. Set it up, took the cardboard and packaging, as well as our old equipment away, gave a a great tutorial on our new equipment and was very professional. That’s much easier than me stuffing a new TV into the car, getting rid of the old stuff, and packaging. No brainer!
