The two agents who setup the TV were most courteous and knowledgeable. Great team!

The installer was very professional and competent. Explained everything that I needed to know about my new TV's installation and start up. Recommend this option for people not tech savvy.

The Home Theater Geek Squad agents installed our new 65” Samsung TV. They also explained the possible need for a sound bar. They hooked up the sound bar to demonstrate the more sound quality. I bought a Sony Sound Bar from your agents to complete my new TV viewing.

Customer service and trying to get my tv delivered and set up. My original appointment was for Friday, June 23. Never showed up, and never called. I called late in the afternoon that day and for the next 5 days. No one ever called me back, no one knew anything. Kept pushing me off to another person and it was always someone else's fault. Yes, I also feel I should be compensated for what has been done to me. Finally, from Geek Squad, Ryan called me, explained what happened, and made a point to take care of it on June 28th. So yes, I was very upset! Geek Squad should be proud of Ryan B because he knows and respects customer feelings. geek Squad should be very grateful for Ryan B! Jodi

The agents went above and beyond. I still got my discount when I had to buy an additional item I did not have. They even hauled away the heavy twenty year old television!

The agents that set up are TV were great. They quickly set up the TV, programmed my cable remote to connect to the tv very quickly. In addy, the explained how the remote for the TZv worked & helped me set up Amazon Prime Video. At this po, I was confident of my ability to add any other streaming service should I subscribe

I was a little concerned when I was told by the sales staff that the install time would be "sometime between 7:30 AM and 7:30 PM" However, there was a follow-up Email that narrowed the time to something much more acceptable, and the installers even called to say that they were about 10 minutes away, which was very much appreciated. Both installers were competent, efficient, worked well together as a team, and had a sense of humor. They patiently answered all of my questions, even the ones that I asked more than once, and even took the initiative to tell me things that I hadn't even thought to ask about. I was very pleased with both of them and with the installation.

Geek Squad did an excellent job of delivery, installation, synching another component with the new TV and the haul away of my old TV. The technician arrived on time and performed all needs in an outstanding manner.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable and informative. Two technicians set up the tv completely. Walked me through all aspects of usage. They were helpful and not in a “hurry” to get to another appointment. The cleaned up all packaging and even took my old tv away.

The Geek Squad has done it again. Took down my old TV, set everything up quickly (new X950G Sony) while cleaning up the entire area, and put everything neatly aside for me to give my old Plasma TV to a friend. The guys were quick, efficient, and spent extra time with the settings of my new TV as well as my cable box. For $49? I'm very happy. Thanks guys!

The Geek Squad did a very good job installing the TV. They arrived on time and very efficient in installing the New TV and removing old TV and most courteous throughout the whole process. I was very pleased and give them a 10 if 10 is considered the best.

Douglas was the best! His knowledge of how to set the tv up was amazing! He did more than was expected. I would like for Best Buy to know they truly have an asset in Douglas. Before he left he made sure we were completely satisfied with the installation. You don't often see this type of service today.
