The installer was excellent & did a great job installing this product.He left no mess & took my old TV, which he was told to do.. When I use this service again, I hope he is the one that comes to my home

Set up was easy. Picture is great and all the features are easy to use.

The members of the Geek Squad were both polite and knowledgeable. They set up the TV quickly without any issues.

A next-day delivery with friendly, expert service. The agents removed the old set for recycling and placed the new set on the stand. They completed the set-up and explained options on the remote.

The Geek squad did a great job of setting up my new TV. They even set up Netflix so it was in the TV and I just had to say the word and it came on. I didn't know the TV could do that. I offered the 2 guys money to move and set up my old TV into another room. They did it and refused any money. Very professional!

The technicians came and removed and replaced the 65inch TCL Roku TV while making it a point of explaining to me what they were doing during installation. They also offered to show how to operate the TV. Outstanding customer service.

The Geek Squad did a great job of setting up my television, sound bar and Blu-ray unit that I had just purchased. In addition they connected a prior purchase so that all components work together, television, Sound stand, Blu-ray unit and even a VCR.

Our in home setup ws great. Kennedy and Scott were right on time. They were very efficient and set everthing up for us. I didn't realize how much there was to do. We would have had a difficult time knowing alol the steps to set up. They explained everything to us. They were a huge help. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable and informative. Two technicians set up the tv completely. Walked me through all aspects of usage. They were helpful and not in a “hurry” to get to another appointment. The cleaned up all packaging and even took my old tv away.

Within 20 minutes or less, everything was connected, up and running. Old LG TV removed, hauled away (including new Sony TV box), Contact to advise the appropriate expected time of arrival and Geek Squad Crew's name, was very much appreciated. Great follow-up, and pleasant team.
