Had Geek Squad deliver my TV and mount the TV on my wall. They also setup my connections to my receiver and audio system. The guys that performed the service definitely knew their stuff and were just as meticulous as I am. Usually I end up tidying up the cabling and cleaning up the dirt/dust after the tech leaves. These guys did it all. All I had to do was sit back, relax and watch my new TV.

The technician brought the TV to my house, set it up, set up my sound bar and taught me how to use both. He kept me informed as to when he would arrive, he worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job. I would definitely buy from Best Buy and pay for them to set things up in the future

In the end my TV was delivered and setup. But I was told they would be here between 8:30 and 12:30. Also was told I would be the first person of the day. Well they got here at 10am. By they, I mean 3 people and my TV in a box. A little crowded. But 2 of them were being trained. Like I said it's here and operating just fine.

The delivery and setup was so nice they explained everything and programmed the remote for me

Not actually a Geek Squad install but a contractor service who sub hired a local installer. The local installer did a great job of communicating his arrival and did a great job. Can’t say the national contractor did that well, they were very hard to contact and less that helpful.

Agent found TV purchased would not fit on our stand. Offered several options . Ultimately decided to mount on wall. Great service. Took time to explain how remote worked. Answered all questions patiently and thoroughly.

The installation was excellent. Installers were very knowledgeable and efficient.

Geek Squad did an excellent job of delivery, installation, synching another component with the new TV and the haul away of my old TV. The technician arrived on time and performed all needs in an outstanding manner.

The gentleman from Geek Squad called and arrived on time, he helped us put the t.v. on the wall, even though it wasn't on the order, it was actually heavier and awkward for us to put it on the wall. Jerome set up the set with no problem very quickly and explained all the different options we could use. Highly recommended!

Two guys came, they were considerate on apartment parking restrictions. Treated my new toy with a great care. Programed what i needed walked me through few new features and even some advice for future

Both agents were very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. There is nothing that could be improved about their service. They did the Geek Squad proud. Everything was explained and demonstrated with care and attention. Hope to get same guys next time round!

The agents showed up in a timely manner. I was not left waiting for their arrival. All devices were hooked up. Most importantly I was provided detailed instructions which I needed. My agent had a positive attitude and provided customer pleasing service. Would definitely recommend him to others, 100% satisfied.

The agent was very friendly, took his time to understand what I really needed and put the tv on top of the mantel. There are still many cords that we could not figure out where they were meant to go or why there were so many.....
