The agents did everything and were great. I was irritated with the fee for taking away the old TV and the fee for connecting the sound bar (which I purchased at the store with the TV). The charges were ridiculously high. Do better.

We actually signed up for Geek Squad, but were given a 3rd party company for the TV delivery & installation. They were on time, professional, fast & truly went out of their way to make sure all the connections worked & then took the time to explain everything to us! Highly recommend & the Best Buy Black Friday in July reduced price was a plus!

The two gentlemen who brought me my tv were very friendly and knowledgeable. The one who actually installed my TV was very helpful. He made sure that I understood how to operate my TV, the tv remote control and the cable box remote control. I was very pleased.

This service was for my parents' 50in TV. Service tech was great and updated me throughout the service.

My technician did 6 installations and he was quick fast effective and efficient. He talked to us the whole time while installing and let us know about the features and future products that can make life watching tv so much more enjoyable. I liked how he kept each area clean and did not leave any mess like most techs would do. I really like the geek squad and would definitely have them back again.

The service men who brought the TV said Geek Suad would come but they did not. The service men got the TV started for me. Although Geek Squad didn't help with this service they have in the past done an excellent job.

The team was prompt within the delivery/installation window offered by Best Buy. They installed the TV, DVD player, hooked up cable and made sure everything was working. They also hauled away an old TV which added to the quality and value of the service. Will definitely use this service again in the future. A bit expensive but worth it on this occasion.

The agents showed up on time and did an excellent job of setting up my 85 inch Samsung TV. Both agents were excellent at answering all my questions an fast at setting up the TV. Will most definitely recommend them to anyone needing at TV setup.

Absolutely the best service there is. They were on time they were very efficient very nice and patient and the one fellow named Justin was very skilled and he was very kind to me and my 96-year-old mother. I do recommend the geek squad I am glad I have them to help me for the next four years.

I purchased an LG 77" OLED TV with installation. The 2 Geek Squad members who delivered and set up the TV did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure that everything was working properly and gave me a crash course on the new TV. I also purchased haul-away service for my old big screen TV. They did an amazing job in getting it out very carefully without knicking or damaging walls. It was an old fashioned 66" TV with a big back-end. Thank you for being so careful.

We are definitely not Tech savvy and have depended on "Geek Squad" for all our techy needs. They delivered the TV, spent a great deal of time ,after easy set-up (for them), explaining usage of remote, sound bar, DVD, etc. They were knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. We have never been disappointed by them. Highly recommended.

Adam and Darek were very professional and efficient in their installation and in the subsequent install of the eero net that we added a couple of weeks later. I would be happy to recommend them and the services to anyone looking for assistance in setting up a system. They definitely exceeded my expectations.

Television is nice, the install was great. The two gentlemen that came out were wonderful and when the TV didn't fit on the stand they gave me another option and went back to the store to get me a wall mount and installed it that same day! Great service!
