The guys did a great job setting up my TV. They were efficient, pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable.

One of the reasons I buy my appliances from Best Buy is because of the Geek Squad. I am not good at setting up. Not only are they very knowledgeable and skilled. They are also quick and answer any questions you may have.

The Geek squad delivered our new TV and hooked it up and got it operating. They even got it synced with the Direct TV remote for us. They were very good to explain how to use all the features on our new TV as we are not as tech savvy as some. Then they carried away our very heavy old plasm TV. Their service was worth every penny we paid.

I feel much more at ease having the Geek Squad install a new tv, I'm not that knowledgeable about hooking up the tv, sound system dvd player and having them work properly and they always do a great job and make sure I know how to operate everything before they leave and if you have any questions later they will answer your call and take the time to explain.

The two men who setup the system did a great job. they were personable and friendly. They were knowledgeable and quick but took time to make sure it was setup correctly with all the streaming services I use set up and logged into.

Geek Squad quickly and professionally set up my TV as well as usage instructions. Called prior to arrival.my set up was very basic as I am not a gamer or Alexa. Job well done but a little pricey.

The agent set up our new TV and connected it to our new cable box and our dvd player. He was very pleasant and stuck with it when there were problems setting up the Comcast remote. Highly recommend this service.

The two Geek Squad agents showed up early (which was great), were extremely competent, and did their job very efficiently and quickly. I was so impressed with both of them. They wore masks and booties and cleaned up. What more could anyone want?
