Consumer Reports recommended the 8000 over this for better HDR rendition of non-HDR material, I doubted I could see the difference, and I think I'm correct. The picture is bright and sharp, the user-interface is good (a little to simplified for my taste). Cable and Off-Air (Antenna) reception are identical - as a digital broadcast should be.

The agents were professional and on time. My new TV was up and running in short order! They put it where I wanted it. Took the old one away along with all the old cords etc. I was happy with my purchase.

Best Geek Squad member. Jesse originally came out last year and set-up our new tv cabinet and new flat screen tv. This year he came out and showed my husband and I how to attach an app to the tv and an HDMI cord so I can use Hoopla from my laptop. Best tech!

The agents' set up the TV and connected all components quickly and efficiently, explained how everything worked, and answered our questions. Left a card so we could contact them if we ran into any issues or had more questions.

The two gentlemen that delivered the television were extremely neat and careful when setting it up. They made sure it had a good internet connection, checked to see if there were any firmware updates and also connected it to operate with my fire TV and AV receiver. They also hauled out my older flat panel for recycling.

My Geek squad guys were top notch!!! Very smart and efficient. did the job right the first time and in a timely manner. their communication skills are spot on kept me informed when they would be arriving to the minute. Love that!

It was great having someone to install and set up our new TV, It didn't take them long, and we didn't have to worry about doing it ourselves and having be wrong.

The agent removed the old tv and set up the new tv after adjusting the space in the cabinet where it was installed. He also took the old tv away. He did an excellent job.

I purchased this TV for my Sister-in-Law as w gift & she loves it. The Techs from Geek Squad came in, installed, set it up & went over all the operations of the TV & Remote until she was comfortable with it - They did a great job.

Very pleased with the technician who quickly set up my smart tv. He hooked it up to work with my current cable box/ dvr. Also connected it to my Wi-Fi, explained, features, and remotes.
