The guys installed the tv quickly and excellently! They give great advice on products I should consider. They are very professional and are the reason I am a loyal Best Buy customer. In a world where customer service is dying, they give me hope that it isn't gone completely. Keep up the GREAT work!

Constantine and Brad did a great job of setting up my TV and connecting my Roku unit. This was the 2nd attempt to set up the Tv VI had purchased. When the 1st appointment was attempted the TV was screen was cracked when unboxed. Some one was suppose to call and set up a second appointment but no one did so I personally went to the Forum store and set up another appointment for delivery of a second TV. When the young men called to confirm the arrival time for the 2nd attempt they knew nothing about the 1st TV having a shattered screen until I told them of this. I feel that it should of been communicated to them what had happened with the 1st appointment. This way they could have made sure that this TV was not damaged as the 1st TV was in a box that had no external damage to it. I had to arrange my schedule at my work to be able to leave the hospital where I work twice. Communication between the first Geek Squad member and 2nd team should have been better. also I felt a better effort should have been made to setup the return appointment should have been made so that I didn't have to drive to the Forum location myself.

Agents were fantastic. They were polite, efficient, and offered help if I had any questions.

They unboxed and set up TV, and checked to make sure all was working, and answered all my questions. Very pleased with their service.

The Geek Squad is exceptional! They know exactly what they are doing when setting up these involved televisions. The setup is quick and accurate. They explain what they are doing as they go through the setup process! Both individuals were very kind and professional, and cleaned up when they finished. Saves a lot of time and furstration by using the Geek Squad.

Have had this team of professions at our house for another setup. BestBuy must treat their employees good. I thought they were very knowledgeable and answered all my question. Set up and checked installation all worked.

The team was on time, called when they were on their way and set our entire system up as promised. Could have used a bit more details on the use of the system but satisfied overall.

i could probably have done this myself --in a day or two. the geek squad came in,wrapped the tv, installed it to my devices with no time lost to error. While they were instilling, they talked me through it so well that i might be able to get a lot closer to their time should i ever have to do it again. But if there comes an again, i will probably call them back. that good!

The technician were very knowledgeable concerning their work. The provided me with information I did not know. They kept their work area cleaned during their tasks.

The two gentlemen set up my TV quickly and explained the setup. They also went out of there way to pick up and setup a TV stand.

The agents were the best in the business. Holden and team were so knowledgeable and helpful. All questions were answered and the hookup was quick and efficient.

Service guy was very nice and knowledgeable about product and instructions. Was not told by salesman I had to download an app to run tv so took a few extra minutes to get tv hooked up. After app was down loaded he Had it plugged in and running in 15 minutes.

The agent removed the old tv and set up the new tv after adjusting the space in the cabinet where it was installed. He also took the old tv away. He did an excellent job.

Henry came out and did an amazing job. This is the 2nd time he has mounted and set up a TV in my house. He does amazing work, is quick and friendly. He loves what he does and it shows in his work. He also takes the time to answer any and all questions.
