George and Richard did a super fantastic job of mounting and installing both a 65" screen wafer thin TV and a soundbar. The job was made difficult because of the infrastructure (or lack thereof) beneath the wallboard and on top of the cement block chimney. But they found a way and, in doing so, made zero mess and left the house in perfect order. George and Richard studied the situation, did some testing, lots of adjusting before holes were drilled, and then had to make changes on the fly, but still did a perfect job. I'd have them back in a heartbeat. Couldn't have asked for more or better. They were very communicative and professional, too.

The delivery and setup was great. My set was setup along with my internet hooked up in under 15min. The Technicians also walked me through on how to use the remote and the apps

The picture is great, but it does not play well with the latest Verizon cable box. You have to make sure that the screen savers are turned off for both the set top box and the TV. The TV won't turn off. Hopefully the Geek Squad can get it to work

Bought our first smart flat screen tv. After research we bought a Samsung 50” class 8 smart tv about a month ago. We are still learning but are very satisfied with it. The Geek Squad delivered and set it up. They were very helpful and answered all our questions. Would use them again.

It was worth the $99 to get the new TV all setup correctly. He was professional and very informative. Did not rush. Answered all my questions. Made sure everything was in working order and that I was comfortable with it. I was cutting the cable wires and was not familiar with the smart TV so having someone set me up, was worth the extra money.

My agent did a good job of setting my TV on the pedestal that I already had. Connected the TV and set up the settings. I don't know where best buy got the fact that I had it mounted, sorry.

Geek Squad installation of my new LG OLED tv evo was good. The person knew a lot and I was pleased with all of it. I asked questions and he had answers

The Geek Squad members were considerate, capable and helped us by moving our other TV into another room after they set up the new one. We cannot say enough good things about them. They cleared all the packaging debris, left no mess and actually gave us some tips for use! That's a wow.

The agents got my tv working and attached it to all my devices but in the case of my tv I ended up needing an antenna to pick up more channels. So picked up antenna from you, installed it myself and now the tv works great.

The picture on our LG OLED TV is absolutely incredible. The blacks are truly black and the resolution is great. The remote has several great features including 1-click access to Netflix and Amazon Video. There are lots of apps and the TV even has a mouse pointer. I would highly recommend this product and the Best Buy Delivery/Set-up as well.

I was satisfied overall with the setup of my Samsung 55 inch smart television set. The man and woman from the Geek Squad who came to my house are trained professionals who knew what they were doing.

The agents were very very friendly and nice. They set up my TV and answered all of my questions. They were very quick and efficient. They were were also prompt and professional!
