The young man that hooked everything up was very courteous, respectful and cleaned up after the job was done. He made sure everything was working smoothly and showed me how it all works.

The squad members took great pains to maintain strict COVID—19 safety standards throughout their time at our home. Extreme care was taken with our new tv. Squad members removed our old tv and placed it in one of our bedrooms for us. The new tv was quickly installed and the various settings were made. It became obvious that our old sound bar was a bad match fo our new tv. The squad member recommended an appropriate new sound bar and left to get the new recommended bar. The new sound bar was installed and adjusted. The tv and sound bar are perfect. We are very pleased. Before leaving we were given a great demonstration of the various controls and how to set or change setting. They answered all our question throughly and completely. We were very pleased that the squad members who came to our home were so professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Best Buy’s Geek Squad services.

Desmond did a great job. He was fast and friendly, and explained everything he was doing while doing it. Didn't take him long to have me understanding how to use the new system the way I wanted it.

Installation and set up . Brandon and Jeff arrived at the stated time, seemed knowledgeable, were efficient and professional.

The agent mounted my TV and connected my Roku. He also showed me how to use the Roku. The agent was very helpful and I would use this service again.

The tech guys from the geek squad was very knowledgeable and hooked up the tv and showed us how to use the remotes. With that being said, the person did not wear a facemask nor have one on him when i asked him to wear one. So much for best buy and the geek squad protecting their customers from Covid

They set up the stand and mounted my TV to it. They helped me set up the software on the TV and answered all my questions. The best part is they hauled away all the cardboard.

Bad News. The wait time for completion (installation) of the products was waaaaay too long, almost a month from the purchase date. Good News. The Geek squad team (D&D) were excellent. They were professional, courteous, and knew what they were doing. Great job/service.

The guys did an excellent job setting up my new Fire Smart TV with the MOHU HD antenna.

Original setup partially completed as a result of requiring larger TV stand. In interim tech folks hooked up TV and I watched it on the floor, playing Fortnite w/ grandkids! Stand purchased later and tech guy visited and finished setup. All done quickly and professionally, but I had to get rid of old TV stand. Donated it to a charity.

Christian and Joseph were great. I am not as tech savvy as I would like and having the geek squad not only mount the TV but program it was worth the money. Even with the knowledge level there were a couple of issues that they dealt with in a few minutes. They handed me the remote and gave me instructions and I was set.

The service tech was knowledgeable, careful, courteous and explained what I needed to know to use my new product.

TV was installled and set up. Agents made sure it was all connected to my WIFI and my laptop computer, Everything was done with care. Very pleased. They also hauled away my old TV.

My guys were great. Installation was outstanding and they were very quick on the installation but the end product was outstanding. They moved my current 65 inch into the master bedroom and the completion was outstanding they are a great team.

Geek squad came out to install projector. They called 30 minutes before arrival. Came on time. But quickly noticed that they did not have the right equity to install. Made arrangements to come out again. We were very pleased with the service and installation. We’ve had installation done by geek squad 3 times. Every one was good, but this was the best!
