The gentleman installed my TV and explained how to use all the features. I really appreciated his skill and knowledge.

the technicians not only mounted the tv and connected it to my TIVO box but they configured it so my wife could continue to use the old remote to record/replay/sched/delete cable tv shows.

Recent back surgery prevented me from lifting anything over 5 pounds. My bedroom TV stopped working, so I needed a new TV, needed it quickly and needed it assembled and set up in my room. The Best Buy Connect and Setup service was what I needed and it seemed reasonably priced. I ordered my new Samsung flat screen and setup service at 7:00 PM. The site prompted me to select a setup date and time. Much to my surprise, an appointment window was available from 8:00-noon the very next day. Once I completed my purchase, I received email confirmation of the sale and setup appointment. I received another confirmation and phone call the next morning, telling me the tech was on the way. The technician also called me to let me know that he was 15 minutes away. Upon arrival, the tech set up my TV in a very professional manner, taking care not to damage anything. He spent a lot of time reviewing the operation of the TV, and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. He also left his personal cell phone number, should we have any additional questions or problems. We were very pleased with the entire purchase and installation process.

The agents removed my 85 inches TV, run the cable for the DVD through the wall, remounted the TV neatly and connected the DVD. We are very happy with the work.

My guys were great. Installation was outstanding and they were very quick on the installation but the end product was outstanding. They moved my current 65 inch into the master bedroom and the completion was outstanding they are a great team.

There’s no way I could have figured out how to set up the TV. The Geek Squad had it up and running in 10 minutes. So many channels, all from an antenna in the rafters. DONT ATTEMPT THIS YOURSELF
