The Geek Squad called me prior to delivery to verify time and date. They arrived on time, setup the TV, hooked it all up to my DirecTv, walked me through the remote and the TV capabilities, and insured I was familiar with the remote functions before they left. The Geek Sq was outstanding and I was truly impressed with their expertise and fast service.

Geek squad provided an excellent experience! Came to house on time, were professional and courteous. Did their job quickly and correctly. Great team. I am very happy with their work.

They were polite, friendly and professional . They showed up shocking early in my scheduled time frame and actually explained how to navigate between my TV, DVD and cable. There was an accidental schedule overbook. The 2nd crew was nice enough to explain one last thing and then take the one remaining box that had been forgotten.

My geek squad team (Anton and Jordan) were amazing!! So knowledgeable! Everything was done to perfection: they know their products, the installation was smooth and efficient, they worked phenomenally together as a team, and were respectful of my home (cleaned up and hauled away everything leaving it spotless). I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!!

I had 2 TV's installed at our home. The first time was a 5 star experience. I believe the installers were from Best Buy / Geek Squad, and they were extremely courteous and professional. My most recent experience was a stark difference from the first. Regarding the latest TV installation, the installers were 3rd party installers (not Best Buy / Geek Squad). I ordered a TV mount of a 50" TV. When they arrived, the lead installer informed me that the incorrect service was book. What was booked was "TV Connect and Setup 55” and Smaller" but what we needed was "Basic TV Mount Service." So, the installer told me that the mounting service is $50 more than the connect service, so I paid him $50 cash. I later found out that the "TV Connect and Setup 55” and Smaller" and "Basic TV Mount Service" are the same exact price... $119.99 as a beta member. They did a good job with the installation, but I can't help but feel I got cheated out of $50. TLDR: before paying extra, double check that the up-charge is actually correct...

The service men were efficient and courteous. Very strong and helpful in placing a smaller TV in its new location.

Service was fantastic! They had to switch two TVs around and reprogram some outdated Logitech remotes and I was so very grateful they were able to do that! So yay for them! Five stars for sure!

They were awesome and so smart and able to efficiently and correctly install an 85 inch TV over the fireplace!. do not use the third-party option for installation – they were actually terrible

My TV was set-up on a TV Stand. That was easy. The setting of the internet connection and showing me how to navigate the remote was clear, but I had to have another tech come and activate the Sony remote because using just the Direct TV remote was not working properly.

The employees who set up our TV showed up before the scheduled time. They were in constant contact with me as to when they would be arriving at my home. They were fantastic, answered all our questions and were professional.

From carrying in the TV; un-boxing; updating all software; setting up our cable; programming the remote; testing the set-up; and teaching us all the features, and more, the GeekSquad Agents were superb. The gentlemen were consummate professionals. We could not have been happier. This service is worth every cent!

The TV has such a wonderful clear picture and is easy to operate.

We're seniors who could not possibly install ourselves, so we were especially happy to get two extremely courteous and skilled installers who helped us get acquainted with our new TV, set up all our apps and explained the remote, and so much more. Couldn't be happier!

Excellent! One nice young man manage to install this 55 inch new TV and move my old to another room and hook up for us. Everything was done and explained to me in less than 2 hours. Geek Squad is so efficient! Thank you!

The tech arrived on time, he did his job properly and efficiently and then took the time to set up and explain how to operate it properly to this old man !

I had a 65" Sony tv set up on a swivel stand.It was a swap out for a Samsung which I was unhappy with.Since I went with the extended warranty it was no hassle.They did a great job connecting everything, arriving sooner than the estimated time window.I will use them again.

The crew that came out to install our 85" TV were great. We were their last stop for the day. They seemed surprised but happy it was going on a stand and not the wall. They took extra time to help connect our home theatre system and made sure everything was working before they left.
