This man was so skilled and personable, very helpful with explanations and tips after install was completed! He was very patient and not in a hurry to leave but very nice to want to be sure and cover all I needed to know! I appreciated this service very much and glad I purchased!

Arrived on time…set up my device…courteous..respectful of property..showed me how to use it and took all the packaging with them. In and out in 15-20 minutes…What’s not to like! I will use the service again!

I realize I am not a tech genius, so I am glad I chose to have the experts set everything up. We have come a long way from just plugging in the TV, so it was better to have it done right the first time and be fully efficient. Geek squad setup was great. Arrived on time with TV. Setup up and tested TV. Added our blu-ray, Chromecast, firestick and cable to HDMI ports. Tested all functions of HDMI equipment and WiFi signals. Explained all features of TV. No problems since setup 30 days ago. Been watching lots of HD movies,, it's super!!

I've used the geek squad before and haven't always been thrilled. The two gentlemen who came were very professional and helpful. They got my TV set up and programmed to my surround sound system in no time. They even improved my settings and gave me some good advice. I was pleased with them and their service.

She was so great to work with and even was able to figure issue with my old TV. She asked me if I wanted to keep the one I had or the new one. I chose the new one as it was time to up grade

Agents were fast, knowledgeable, courteous; if they hadn't shown me how to use the TV after they installed it I would still be watching a blank screen. Companies no longer send instruction/owner manuals with their products.

I am very happy that I had the Geek Squad come out to set up my new UHD TV and my DVD and Blu-ray combo. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. The install was quick and painless and I paid an additional small fee for them to haul my old tube TV away. Their services were well worth the investment!

Jessie and his partner came and set up our new home theater system. They came early, were professional, nice, and a pleasure to have in our home. They worked for 2 hours setting it all up, testing everything then taking lots of time to explain everything to us. The best $150 I have spent. Thanks guys.
