The agents hooked my new TV up to my WiFi and cable box and showed me how to operate it. Easy!

Henry took excellent care of us. The Best Buy Team that came to our home were obviously knowledgeable and capable young men. They worked carefully and efficiently and are a real credit to the Best Buy organization and were a pleasure for us to work with. They also took the time to share their considerable expertise with us in a way that really helped us get the most out of our new TV. Thank you Best Buy! This was a good experience!

I wish there were more stars we could give this team that came out to complete the set up of of our new 4K TV and Roku. They even came back to finish programming our remote after the 1st visit, as we needed to go purchase some cables to make our existing sound system work properly with the Roku. Lots of great things to say about these guys.

The Geek squad did an absolutely fantastic job in setting up this Samsung TV for my father-in-law! Though I am coming off an unquestionably terrible experience with the Geek Squad in terms my computer repair, this particular occasion went seamlessly! Great job!

Awesome is the only word I can think of. They were on time, courteous, and entertaining. They cleaned up any mess they made. They explained in detail how to use the remote...and took their time explaining. Awesome company.

I probably could have hooked up everything ( TV, Direct TV, Soundbar, Blue Ray player) my self, but decided NOT to devote a full Saturday to doing it. So I paid for (1/2 price) installation by the Geeks. Unpacked the TV & got it all done perfectly in no time at all. Plus, he was a really nice guy!! Thanks!

The agents delivered and set up the big screen TV and ensured we were able to connect to our wireless and download and view all of our applications. They were both very cordial and efficient and took away all of the packaging material. We will use the home delivery service again in the future.

the tv is fantastic. wonderful colors. easy to download apps to cut the cable cord. great for 4k options. no issues whatsoever. geek squad delivered and set up our tv in about 30 minutes. great job
