The installers removed the 11 year old tv and followed up by installing the new smart tv along with all of our accessories. They answered all of our questions along the process.

Very pleased with the geek squad. My mew television was set up quickly and efficiently. They connected it and synced it to my cable box. I was extremely pleased their knowledge as well as their courteousness.

I have had my T.V. replaced twice in recent weeks. Both times the Geek Squad came out to set up. (65 Inch Samsung). The first time, the Geek Squad set-up was great. Gave a very "brief" explanation regarding my T.V and told me my present soundbar would not work, but, gave no answer on how it could work. (Or, just that it was out-dated). The second time they came out, set it up crooked, did not tell me anything regarding my T.V. (instructions) and, even with a special hook-up cord bought at Best Buy, could not hook up the old soundbar. Part of this was my fault, but, always be prepared when the Geek Squad comes to your home. (Had other good experiences prior on other item set-ups).

The geek squad agents that installed/setup my new Lg86 inch TV did an amazing job! They were very thoughtful and helpful. They took the time to explain the functions of my tv and how to better understand the operation of my tv. Great job!!!

After purchasing my Sony TV, I had it delivered and set up. We had to reschedule due to my granddaughter's birth, and the Geek Squad members Tyler and Carmen went above and beyond in trying to resolve an issue with synchronization with my home theater system. I will request these 2 gentleman for future deliveries.

From my initial call to purchase TV with Brady Fox, to the delivery and set up of TV with the Geek Squad the process was friendly, professional and timely. They were able to deliver TV and have me ready to go before Christmas game day. I love having my own personal advisor and geek squad team to help with my home technology needs.
