agent was timely, tv was set up without a problem, agent explained tv operation in a detailed manner

My guys were great. On time and thorough in setup and instruction. I am too old to do things like this by myself these days. Glad Best Buy Geek Squad is there.

I have a bad back and opted for the the free setup and delivery offered with the tv I purchased. The guys were right on time. They were knowledgeable and professional and got to work. They set up my new tv ran all the cables and wires and programmed the set. They answered all my questions and even took the trash! Nice

I have had my T.V. replaced twice in recent weeks. Both times the Geek Squad came out to set up. (65 Inch Samsung). The first time, the Geek Squad set-up was great. Gave a very "brief" explanation regarding my T.V and told me my present soundbar would not work, but, gave no answer on how it could work. (Or, just that it was out-dated). The second time they came out, set it up crooked, did not tell me anything regarding my T.V. (instructions) and, even with a special hook-up cord bought at Best Buy, could not hook up the old soundbar. Part of this was my fault, but, always be prepared when the Geek Squad comes to your home. (Had other good experiences prior on other item set-ups).

Our technician came on time and installed our new television, soundbar, and associated equipment. He also connected the new television to our DVD player. He patiently explained to my wife and me how to use the television and navigate between the regular channels and Netflix.

My house is SMALL and the agents got the huge TV in and set up, got all my devices hooked up, and got everything running beautifully. Great job!

The agent unboxed and setup a new TV. Everything was done carefully and he answered all the questions I had at that time.

Efficient, polite, conscientious, capable! They made sure that the TV was protected from tipping over (cats who jump onto the entertainment center), and explained everything thoroughly. In addition to the TV set up, they set up my (30-days free) Sling Account. I was very impressed with these people.

The quality of this 4K Sony 80 K HD TV is excellent in terms of picture and sound quality. The 65 “ version is perfect for our large master bedroom. I highly recommend this product.

They did an awesome job installing. Two gentlemen came, carried the TV in and installed it with no problems. Really saved the back and by using the Geek Squad you know it's being done right. I highly recommend using the Geek Squad.

The installers were unbelievably professional and they were the reason I bought the sonos products after the installation of my new TV. They were respectful of my home leaving it clean and neat as they found it upon arrival. They didn't leave until everything was perfect and i knew how to work all the items!!!!

The agent brought the tv to me, put on booties before entering, assembled the tv and set up all the controls and just as courteously made sure we knew how to use the controls and made sure we were satisfied before leaving.

The 2 Geek Squad techs did a great job installing my new 75 inch tv. They set up everything on 1 remote controller. They took the time to explain all of the tv's functions - in plain English not in tech talk!
