The geek squad that installed my tv was great. Customer service skills was excellent. They set-up my tv and explained everything in detail to me. They made sure the picture was set just right.

Geek Squad offered great communications in advance about exactly when they'd show up, and they were on time. Squad member was pleasant, well informed, and quickly set up television, connected it to internet and DVD, and took away old set. He was very clear in explaining everything. Well worth the cost.

The agents were very professional. They exercised caution to care for my home during the install and explained every thing I asked them until I felt comfortable with the TV and its operation.

Agents installed TV on a stand along with sound bar. TV was connected to existing equipment (cable, DVD player and Firestick). The installation went well. Agent made good suggestion about using Netflix.

The picture quality is amazing for the price. The only reason I gave the review four stars is the tv's menu. Navigation takes to long.

Not only did Jeff from the Geek Squad set up the TV, he worked with us until we were comfortable using the remote instead of a Roku. Hopefully we can get him back for the next TV replacement!!

Geek Squad is always reliable and prompt. High quality technicians who quickly setup everything associations with the TV and now it all works. I always rely on the Geek Squad because I know they will get the job done and it all works. Very cost effective in that you don't waste hours of time trying to figure it out.

The guys who installed this TV also installed my last one and it was a really enjoyable experience getting to talk to them again. And they do such a good job.
