So glad Best Buy Geek SQUAD delivered and setup my new Roku TV. No worries for me this time around. I wish I would have had them when I received my first Roku TV as a gift. Well worth the cost to have no worries.

Crew did a great job installing television and connecting my AV system. Also spent a good bit of time setting up controls and providing instruction. VBery glad I hired geek quad service On a negative note, the second crew arrived later and were not able to get my old rear projection TV from my walkout basement and up the yard to the street. A lot of plantings have grown since i bought it and I wasn't surprised. I sugeested I dismantle it partially and they concurred and I was to set up another date. I was advised when the second crew arrived that a paritally dismantelled TV could not be taken (all electronics were intact) I called the best buy numnber aand asked about this and have yet to hear back. I will probably have to dismantle the electronics myself and take them to a recycling center. Do need my money back for removal.

The installers were great very nice guys, actually they came a day early. And done a wonderful job!!!

I've used the geek squad before and haven't always been thrilled. The two gentlemen who came were very professional and helpful. They got my TV set up and programmed to my surround sound system in no time. They even improved my settings and gave me some good advice. I was pleased with them and their service.

Geek squad setup was great. Arrived on time with TV. Setup up and tested TV. Added our blu-ray, Chromecast, firestick and cable to HDMI ports. Tested all functions of HDMI equipment and WiFi signals. Explained all features of TV. No problems since setup 30 days ago. Been watching lots of HD movies,, it's super!!

there appears to be a delay between sales and refunds. The sale was made. And the refund has yet to be issued. There was no set up. The customer refused set up. The item was delivered carefully and promptly. There was no set up.

I always like when the Geek Squad come out. This is my second time using them to install a television. Both times were superb. They mounted the televisions exactly how I wanted them.

I realize I am not a tech genius, so I am glad I chose to have the experts set everything up. We have come a long way from just plugging in the TV, so it was better to have it done right the first time and be fully efficient. The techs were knowledgeable and patient to make sure we were ready to use this TV on our own.

Geek Squad did a fantastic job in setting up my new 55" Bravia TV 90J. He was able to use my old receiver to hook up the TV with my Sony DVD/CD player, Sony VCR and Sony Turntable. He used an adaptor to get my VCR working and with this TV it adds an input to use and the picture quality is great! I originally was going to try and set up everything myself but was so happy I did not He needed to change out my HDMI cables and had them available in his truck so he could complete the set-up. It was worth the price to me. He was very pleasant, sense of humor, confident and I could tell he really knew what he was doing. He did it very quickly, set up my remote, linked it to my wi-fi and showed me features of the TV so I could start enjoying it as soon as he was done.

I am very happy that I had the Geek Squad come out to set up my new UHD TV and my DVD and Blu-ray combo. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. The install was quick and painless and I paid an additional small fee for them to haul my old tube TV away. Their services were well worth the investment!

Jessie and his partner came and set up our new home theater system. They came early, were professional, nice, and a pleasure to have in our home. They worked for 2 hours setting it all up, testing everything then taking lots of time to explain everything to us. The best $150 I have spent. Thanks guys.

The Agents mounted my TV Fast, professionally, and incredibly well done. Absolutely worth the cost and I would 100% recommend them to anybody else!

The agents installed my 55" Sony Bravia and removed my old TV. Arrived on time and answered all my questions. Did a great install job. Also connected the antenna.

I needed to add bluetooth to my audio system. I bought a bluetooth adapter to add to my old Denon based system. The Geek Squad sent Elvis to install it and after a few minutes it was clear I needed a new receiver and Bluray player in order to do what I wanted. Elvis very clearly proposed a new Marantz along with a new Bluray player to truly update my sound system. Elvis went away and created a quote to do everything i needed. Best Buy took back the new adapter I had purchased. Elvis broke it all down into very easy to understand steps. He ordered all the new gear and a week later brought it all to my home and with the greatest of gentleness he installed it all. The instructions were perfect. He is the best teacher. The new Logitec Harmony universal remote is allowing my wife to operate the whole system for the first time in 16 years. She is ecstatic. Elvis is our new Hero forever. He diagnosed our needs and came up with the perfect solution. Please send Elvis our highest rating.
