OMG, it was so worth having the Geek set up my 55” TV and sound bar. Then when I made the comment that I was going to have 1 more remote to deal with - he told me about the Logi remote that takes care of everything!! He then sat down and programmed it and trained me on it. So much easier 4 remotes.

Technician analyzed our situation, we discussed options, completed installation and then discussed technical issue with the TV itself. The technician informed on how to proceed with utilizing our extended warranty. Very useful information and was very pleased with the service.

The person unpacked and set up our TV, He was very professional and efficient. He was third party, installer, however the Geek Squad could not have been better/

On 6/25/18, the Geek Squad came & set up my TV. My living room was as clean after they left as it was before they got here. They came very early. It was @ least 2 hours before the appointment time. I bought furniture from a store here. Unlike Geek Squad, they didn't clean up after themselves.

Buying a new TV? Don’t think twice about doing it yourself unless that type of thing is in your wheelhouse. Have the Geek Squad deliver, install and integrate your new TV into your home and your network. Money well spent.

Very satisfied with the quality of the T.V. We have another smaller Insignia that we like and that was why I chose to buy another. Great picture, reasonable price.

The Agents were not only knowledgeable, neat, and efficient, but we had a lot of fun during the process. Really nice people, and they did the complete set up and explained everything.

My agent and his crew installed my TV without delay. It was very nice working with them. Good service. The Geek Squad came at a later date to fix the connection of my new DVD. They were very polite knowledgeable and nice,., the best!

Geek squad was very friendly and professional. They set everything up and made sure i was ok with everything.

They were there after the install to complete wheat he initial guys did not and they are hired outside of best buy and out of their control as a vender. Geek Squad were there so fast!!!!Great Job and for the money and 5 years coverage...it cant be beat for what they do

The best by agent that completed the installation was very knowledgeable and informed with the product that he installed. The individual did a great job, and actually provided some additional tips about the TV.

The 2 guys were polite, hooked up the new TV quickly & hauled off the old one. They took time to show me how to use stream programs using streaming services from my laptop. They were fun to talk with.

Our installers installed our new Sony TV, answered all my questions, were very patient with me and my questions, and were most helpful in all way. Nice Job.

Jamie and Sonny did an excellent job setting up our TV. They explained the equipment and made a great impression on my wife and I.
