Geek squad initially installed my TV stand a little loose, but they came back the same day and got it fixed up.

The agent did a great job explaining and setting up our new LG TV. He took care to ask if we understood many times throughout the process. When he left the house, we wouldn't have known he had been here except for the beautiful new TV.

The Geek Squad service providers represented Best Buy very well. They were courteous and professional. As they proceeded in mounting and programming the television, they explained what they were doing. In addition they showed me how to interact with the programming.

The tv was delivered in good shape and hooked up effectively. I always have my tv purchases setup by Bestbuy so that we can determine if there are any problems with the tv right away. Fortunately everything was fine.

If the technician only had to connect the TV and soundbar, he would have been out of here in record time. He was very knowledgeable. I didn't have the TV mounted on the wall, so setup was quick. The Whalen cabinet wasn't as friendly to him. But he was very nice and patient. I would recommend him.
