I had a Geek Squad member, Trent, hook up my TV with all of my components, including Alexa. He was prompt, knowledgeable and spent time explaining how to get the maximum use out of my system. This was especially challenging considering some of the components were older and Alexa is the newest.

The Geek service was timely and on time. The person doing the install was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing.

The two Geek Squad technicians arrived as scheduled. They took my old and installed it in the bedroom as requested. Then, they installed my new 65" LG OLED on the wall where I asked them to. All in all, they did a terrific job and showed us how to use the new TV and remote along with our existing Spectrum cable service.

Mr. Miguel and Mr.Joe were the people who came to install my T.V. They were so professional. Mr. Miguel called me the previous day and confirmed the situation as he did not want any surprises. Next day he called me again and gave me a time and reached exactly at the same time as updated. They made sure they covered their shoes so that the floor does not get dirty. Upon my request they got the installed 85 inches T.V. down so that I could make my adjustments as needed.They were very professional and knew what they were doing. Hats off Mr.Miguel and Mr. Joe for the outstanding C.S. Employees like you guys are keeping business running.

They set up my new tv and got the sound bar and Comcast remote to work so everything was all good

The agents made all required devices. They cleaned up all of the packing. Said someone would pick up box and packing but heard from none. Put in local garbage.

Jimmy & Josh (Geek Squad) were efficient and considerate. Also, they patiently explained the operation of the TV.

The Geek Squad guys are the best of the best! I am old and new technology confuses me. The were very patient and explained the new remote and set up the sound bar and blue ray player and how it all worked harmoniously.

Excellent service. Had three TVs installed over four weeks. All Geek Squad service (phone and in-person) was excellent. First two TVs died, third was a different brand, but everyone was responsive to the issues and provided great service.

We recently purchased a 75: LG TV and surround sound system. We decided to have the Geek Squad install our new equipment. What a great decision. The two gentlemen who arrived to our house could no have been more professional and knowledgeable . We are so happy we added this service.

They were GREAT! Showed up on time, hooked up perfect & did more than they needed to do if you ask me. They even showed us how to use our remote so that we understood & we still remember how to u se it. We would use again for sure!
