The Geek Squad people know their stuff. The wire-up and process of inputting the appropriate TV and sound bar settings went smoothly. They even volunteered to set up my wife's phone so images on it could be displayed on the TV screen.

I was very pleased with The Geek Squad gentleman who set up the TV for me. He was professional in every way to the point of putting covers on his shoes not to dirty my carpeting. He knew what he was doing and explaned how to operate all the features the Vizio TV had.

Initial tv unboxing and set up took no time at all even though I though the cost for the service was a bit over priced. However, installer said that my sound system was not compatible with my new Samsung tv and left. After doing my own further research and talking to a Magnolia Best Buy representative who had over30 years experience, that was not the case. So following his advice I requested that the Geek Squad return to complete the sound setup since I had already paid for the service. Took the tech over an hour and several attempts but was finally able to find the correct connection to finish the job.

Brandan does a GREAT job!!! He is very knowledgable, pleasant and patient!! I am going to enjoy my special lights and having my TVs working properly!!

Damieco was super great. I had multiple issues trying to get my tv delivered and installed scheduled together. My installation was scheduled before my tv was going to be delivered. She rearranged her schedule so I could get my tv installed.
