The agents were wonderful. They made sure I knew how to work the tv and all the extras, They were courteous, pleasant and I would love to have them install anything else I purchase. Very neat. Took cardboard and packing with them. Left no mess whatsoever.

Connected it up ok. Was worth it for the delivery, unboxing & connections. Saved me about 30 minutes. Instructions on controls was good. Installer did not connect the sound bar to the internet & download the latest software. I needed to do that myself to troubleshoot a loss of sound issue. (Thank you internet)

At first we thought this tv was too big for our living room, but when the team set-up the tv we were in love. The picture is clear and the sound is perfect (we did purchase a sound bar). The installation team was top- notch.

The Geek Squad employees showed up on time and correctly installed and adjusted my new TV, moved the TV it was replacing to a different stand, and removed my very old TV for recycling. It's been a pleasure having Geek Squad come out for two TV installs and an appliance install.

The delivery of our TV was on time, service was prompt and very helpful to us in learning how to use our TV.

This service was excellent and highly recommended for senior citizens as two people are required to properly lift the TV. Also. The two gentlemen who came were outstanding. Very nice, courteous and knowledgeable.

WE LOVE THE PICTURE QUALITY AND THE SOUND(DO NOT NEED A SOUND BAR OF ANY KIND) HAVE NOT FIGURED OUT EVERYTHING ABOUT HOW TO OPERATION FOR APPS BUT SURE WE WILL....VERY HAPPY WITH OUR PURCHASE

As first time buyers of a flat screen, smart TV my wife and I would have been very overwhelmed but the Geek Squad made it super easy. We are extremely happy with our new TV.

I paid extra to have a "pro" install my new Samsung 65" tv and a Yamaha RXA2A to my system. What I got was a delivery person who need my help setting the tv and receiver because he could not understand the directions. Go figure-ya pay for this and they give you that.

The agent was so nice and worked in a timely manner. He delivered, connected tv to other devices, and took us through the many features available on the tv. Geek Squad had called and changed our appointment to arrange for the pickup and disposal of an older tv. The agent knew about the pickup but not that it was a big heavy tv. A tense moment but he handled it!

Geek Squad removed our old equipment and installed our new TV and Soundbar. Everything went well and we love our new setup

The agents removed the old TV and mounted and set up the new one. It was all done the day after purchase. It couldn’t have been better! This was done for my 95-year young mother, who was thrilled to have a working TV installed so quickly. They took the time to make sure she wes comfortable with hew cable set-up and remote.

The agent, was very polite and patient explaining l the functions i wasnt familiar with.

The team that came to our house was led by Ejike Asomugha with Patsy. The team was very well qualified, knowledgeable and pleasant. We were well pleased with the Geek Squad members.

The gentlemen who set up my new TV did so very efficiently and did things I would have thought of. They also addressed any other tech questions/issues I had. I only wish I had thought of a few more while they were here. Definitely worth the small fee!
