The Geeks were great!! They came in and hooked up our new TV and showed us how to use it, since we were actually the Geeks and had no idea how a smart TV worked.

They did a great job tying the tv,reciever turn table and dvd player together

Delivery and installation went smooth. Friendly and helpful. Asked us several times if we needed more help. Could not install soundbar due to missing wires.

I had Geek Squad assemble a 75 inch Television. The size alone was reason enough to have it completed by them. They did an excellent job. I've used qeek squad before and have always been pleased with their work.

Keith worked us into his schedule the following day to complete the set up and the time estimate was 15 minutes but took over 1 and a half hours, He was courteous, extremely helpful, and persistent in establishing the proper TV hook up involving Comcast. We are grateful for his help.

Went the extra Mile in getting my 65 inch TV up an running. To big for just me to handle by myself. They gave me tips on operation. I should have included a sound bar with set up. Set itself sound is weak

The two agents who last came to my home got my 55-inch QLED TV installation right. The first two were limited because my DIRECT TV equipment needed an update. Second two that came out had shoes covered when walking into my den and started by checking out exactly what they needed to do, organized their tools accordingly and then explained totally what they were going to do and explained as they went along. They assured me confidently they were gong to have everything set up properly and I could relax and leave the task up to them. AND THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO.; leaving cords neatly wrapped and my den clean and neat as they found it. I WAS SO VERY PLEASED WITH THESE TWO TECHNICIANS THAT IT MAKES ME WANT TO,PURCHASE MORE ELECTRONICS AT BEST BUY. When I do buy more things, I will wait longer just to have these two Geek Squad techs come again.

Friends in Texas had their TV mounted over the fireplace and said Geek Squad is the best. I found they are! Perfect installation of TV over the fireplace with the right mount! Wasn't easy, but having them do it was easy.

The LG TV was delivered, unpacked and setup very professionally. All my questions were answered and I was shown how access my programming.

Ordinarily I enjoy installing my audio and video equipment for myself. I really don't have very elaborate setups. But my new 65" TV is just a bit too much for me to handle alone. The BB installation crew was fast and courteous, proving that "practice makes perfect".

Having total tech-support makes it very affordable when you don’t have anyone to do TV hook ups and wall mounting. Outside of so many services that come with that I was completely happy with my TV set up.
