The installers from Geek Squad installed and connected my new TV quickly and expertly. They also moved the old TV to a new location and installed and connected it with the same efficiency as they did with the new TV.

The Geek Squad came on time set my tv up quickly and set all my channels for me. Cleaned up and took my old tv away.

The agent came and removed my old heavy tv and hooked up my new tv and dvd player. He was great. He even programmed everything for me and showed me hot to use the apps. Great. He wore a mask and was respectful of social distance.

This 65 inch Samsung Tv is fantastic. The picture is quite clear and crisp. When watching you feel as those you are part of the movie, etc. Amazing! However I could not give it 5 stars because the sound is skipping and pausing whenever I turn it on. It occurs throughout viewing experience. The Samsung sound bar has been replaced as well as the TV itself and this pausing behavior is still happening. It is very frustrating! I love the tv but now am exchanging it for another comparative brand: LG C2.

Two men arrived at my home to set up my new 4K television. They unpacked it carefully, moved the old unit away and went to work installing the new TV. We have a rat’s nest of wires because we have so many inputs but they got it installed and working in short order

Excellent customer service with both Samsung TV & Ring Door Bell installations.

We had a complicated set-up, for which the TV was one component. The Geek Squad engineer analyzed our situation and needs. He hooked up everything we had, and made us a "grocery list" of additional items he recommended for us to purchase, in order to achieve all the ends we had explained to him. We went back to Best Buy, and bought the additional items. He then CAME BACK to our home and completed the set up of everything we had additionally purchased!!! We easily exchanged different home theater components at the store to upgrade, without costly trips to the post office, or time wasted calling to get a "Return Authorization", as we have had to do with online tech companies. Everything went smoothly, thanks to the Geek Squad's (Aaron) recommendations and excellent set up. We now have the home audio system of our dreams, for a very reasonable price, and without any set-up headaches. Thank you Best Buy and Geek Squad. You have earned loyal customers!
