    Kurt with Tech2Call was great. His installation of my new TV was completed promptly and efficiently. I already had a home theater sound system for my old TV and Kurt connected the new TV to the sound system with no problem. He got the new TV set up and running, showed me its features and answered my many questions. He was professional and courteous throughout the process. The service he provided was excellent and I was completely satisfied.

    I paid the extra money to have the Geek Squad deliver and setup my newly purchased TV. It was worth it! Two members of the Squad arrived at my house during the scheduled time frame. They were vey courteous, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of my questions

    Arrived on time. Got right to work. They had to work in very cramped space(hard to place the tv and get to the back to make the connections) and never complained. I do wish they had been able to make a connection with the sound bar that would allow me to operate the volume through the tv remote. 3 remotes is to much. Once again the lack of access!

    Installers and setup Geek Squad were great. They were so knowledgeable of the inner workings of the tv, and connected all the WiFi associated items. It was worth the additional money to have them do this.

    Nathan and Rickie installed and set up my TV quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and explained all the features and how to use the remote. I was very pleased with the service.

    Excellent technician who set up my 55 inch Sony tv. He figured out a complicated setup because of my steaming device. An 11 out of 10!

    The Geek Squad rep arrived on time, unpacked the tv, and set it up. Later, we needed the color adjusted and he returned to fix it.

    I like the all in one smart remote, but if you happen to buy something new, or to replace an item, you most likely would have to pay for someone to come out and reprogram the device. Sometimes I get a delay from device when I turn off my TV, and sometimes it takes as long as 10 mins or so to turn off. I worry about on how long that takes. It just might be my projection TV.

    Installing TV was okay but not enough time for teaching elderly on the use of the remote. Of course the men knew what to do which was good but this should include more time on use of remote for the TV.

    Geek squad guys did a great job installing, however we were surprised that we had to pay extra for the power cord to be put in the wall. The guys promised follow up e-mails with tips and phone numbers. Nothing arrived. We called and found nothing but frustration with Best Buy's customer service. Letters were written, still no response. Terrible customer service!

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
