The Geek Squad team came to our house right on time and called as well as texted prior before arrival. They were very careful in our home & even put on booties over their shoes. All of the boxes and residual materials were cleaned up and taken away. Very professional job.

I was anticipating being disappointed by the installer and was immediately impressed when he put booties over his shoes when he came in the door. Everything got even better from that point on. Good job, very professional without being stiff. Altogether an excellent job.

I worked w "Steve" (Ausie) who guided me with great patience and professionalism. I have never worked with anyone like him. Our journey took me through the purchase of two 55" TV's, one LG and one Samsung. Also, I had purchased a ROKU unit to be able to get a channel that I thought my LG could access vis app store. Not true. So begin again with Steve undoing information I had gotten "in store". I couldn't be happier. I rely on accurate information, as I am 83 years young and a former professor but not that knowledgeable about technology. So, I leave you with this wisdom. You are mostly young and like to work w high tech and younger patrons. Remember, some of the elders that need your help could buy your store.

They called in advance, asked all the right questions. They arrived as scheduled, took out my huge old CRT TV (down 4 flights of stairs), then set up the new TVs and a soundbar. Totally professional and responsive to my questions and concerns. Highly recommend the Geek Squad.

Well worth the yearly fee, installed dash cam in my car and retired my home theater and so that it’s super efficient and presentable now.

Geek squad unpacked my new TV and quickly set it up. Removed all packing and cleaned up very well. Linked the new remote to the TV and quickly got things up and running. Linked the set to Internet so I could use streaming services. Job well done.

work we were requesting was going to require a TV type technician, Called Best Buy and they suggested this particular Geek Squad plan. It was at a price lower than what would have paid for TV tech's visit only. This plan is good for 90 days so may use again before expires

The agent not only installed my TV fast but showed me how to use the remote, and provided other useful information. Hire an expert and get it done right and fast -- especially if you've got other things to do than struggle through the manual.

The two gentlemen from the Geek Squad arrived as scheduled and very efficiently connected up our new TV and sound bar along with cable box, modem, etc. They explained everything to us and we are very satisfied with everything. Thank you for a good job.

Edward and Ash were right on time, polite, professional, and patient. They carried heavy equipment up a grassy slope to get everything safely into the house without complaint and without any mishaps. Their tech savviness was evident, and they were helpful and kind in guiding me through my part in the set-up portion requiring my input. They were exceptionally customer-service oriented---Best Buy is lucky to have these capable staffers representing them. How impressive!
