Because of the other components that we wanted to be hooked up, we went with the service. It was the right choice. The tech set up the TV, hooked up the components, provided us with training in use of the features (some multiple times) and yet it was all done within an hour. FANTASTIC

TV Connect and Setup - The TV setup guys were Terrific..!!! Efficient, quick but helped me to understand all aspects of the setup and operation of the TV/soundbar combination. they even leave their contact info to ask questions after the setup. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...!!! t

The agent set my TV on my entertainment center and also set up my channels and showed me how to use the tv clicker.

Very Pprofessional but too expensive . To charge 200+ for a tv that cost $350. Why have Total Teck at all.

Although I was not home, my husband was, and he said the service men were polite, and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. Only problem was that TV was not connected to our existing sound system, so we had to schedule another service appointment. Not even sure if this was covered in the basic installation. We were pleased with final result (after sound system was set up properly).
