Well worth having the Geek Squad deliver and set up the TV, I'm not a technical person, just getting it out of the box was amazing to me. They did a great job hauling my old rear projection TV out and putting the new TV in place. I was a little disappointed that they didn't come within the 4 hour delivery window but all & all very good job.

Wonderful picture. Great price. And, the best part was Best Buy delivered set it up for free. The guys were so helpful & polite.

Got a new OLED TV and was sure glad that they hooked this up and got it running before they left. There is so much it does and while I like tinkering with it I feel a lot better after they walked me through it. It cost me a little but it was money well spent.

This was an exchange. The agents packed up the exchange and installed the larger TV. They did this efficently but did not program the TV and DVD player. I have to choose the one I want. Before the default was xfininity on my TV. Now it comes up by HDMI input.

The agents were vey professional and did a great job of setting up the tv. They explained everything in a simple to understand way. They did not leave until they were sure i understood the operation ofm the tv.

Damieco was super great. I had multiple issues trying to get my tv delivered and installed scheduled together. My installation was scheduled before my tv was going to be delivered. She rearranged her schedule so I could get my tv installed.

We had to have two appointments because the feet that came with the tv were too long for our mantle. Both technicians were very knowledgeable about what they were doing.

Geek Squad came to our house. Showed up on time. Very efficient and knowledgeable about setting up TV and soundbar and pairing with our home network. Highly recommend.

The Geek Squad boys were great. Friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. In addition to assembling the stand about 10x faster than I would have been able to do, they walked me through all the features of the new t.v. I hope Best Buy appreciates these guys as much as I do. They're exactly the kind of people who'd any business would want dealing with their clients, face to face. A million thank yous to both Geek Squaders who really made my day.
