The geek squad guys set up my tv and made it much easier to use. I hsd movrd and the tv is too big for me to get out of the box by myself. The agents were vert friendly and professional.

The Geek Squad Agents set up the, explained what they were doing. They were very efficient. I was glad I had them do the inspection.

The members of the Geek Squad are awesome. They install efficiently and effectively, are professional and addressed all issues with our TV, Amplifier, Speaker hookup with xfinity service. We would use them again on our next move or a new purchase. Well worth the money for the service.

The installer, I don’t remember his name, was very helpful, easy-going and kind to my 93 year old mother.

We purchased our Samsung 65” Tv and Samsung sound bar and decided to have Geek Squad set everything up; great move on our part. Michael H and his sidekick Dillon coordinated everything , came out did the install and walked us through everything we needed. Being 75+ years old; we are not really literate regarding all that needs to be done! These guys were fantastic!!!

The agents assembled the tv cabinet and then connected the tv to cable and also our surround sound. They explained the functions of the tv & remote

The Geek squad arrived at the appointed hour, unboxed the TV, set it up, made sure it worked and explained the various functions. Both agents were professional and knowledgeable. It was as easy an install as I have ever experienced.

Sales person was wonderful and very knowledgeable and directed me to the perfect smart tv for me. The techs who delivered and hooked it all up were wonderful....had it all done in no time.

The two men who set up our new TV were very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us through understanding how to operate every aspect of our new TV before they left our house.

My wife tried to talk me out of hiring the Geek Squad to deliver and set up our new TV. I promised her she would be glad that I did this and boy was I right. Hamilton from the Durham NC Best Buy delivered the TV, followed all of my wife's OCD COVID restrictions and did a perfect Job installing and setting it up for all of the "extras" - better than perfect. Hamilton even stayed around to check our other TVs from Best Buy - that I set up myself - but Hamilton was able to add features of which, I was unaware. Also, I am a huge COSTCO fan but realize that if price is not your biggest issue, Best Buy and the Geek Squad give you that extra quality at a great value.
