The agent from Geek Squad was able to set up my TV properly and connect to the headphones and DVD player I bought. He was very professional, friendly and definitely knew what he was doing.

The person was knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was done in a timely manner and he answered any questions I asked.

The Geek Squad did a fantastic job installing our new 40" Samsung tv. They first removed the 36" tube tv and then assembled the stand to the new tv and installed in an entertainment center. They took their time and did a wonderful installation! It looks great and works fine!

The geek squad put the footers on the tv and also helped me hook this up to the internet for my Netflix and Amazon accounts. The techs called me and gave me a time frame when they would arrive. They were prompt, courteous and very helpful.

The fellow that mounted my tv ,did a great job. He was very knowledgable and very helpful in locating in placing it in a perfect location. He also did thorough job cleaning up .

The geek squad delivered and set up our new TV. They really knew what they were doing. Set up was quick and their tutoral on how to use everthing was clear and concise. We were given a business card and told to call anytime we had questions. They really knew their stuff!

Best tv I have seen yet. Sound is really good without a sound bar. Only one thing, on some shows if it is night then you are looking at a black screen with just sound. Not many shows but a few we have seen.

The agent did a good job connecting all of my tvs. However, I am having problems with my media room as the tv doesn't always connect to the internet. I am having Geek Squad come back and show me how the Roku devices are connected and where they are connected so that I can troubleshoot the issue myself.

ADAM WAS PROFESSIONAL, HAD TO COME BACK TO REPLACE THE T.V. HE DID SO, ON TIME AND FULLY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME ...I AM IN MY 70'S AND DID NOT KNOW A LOT, BUT HE WAS GREAT AND WALKED ME THRU EVERYTHING...I WOULD FULLY ENDORSE HAVING THE GEEK SQUAD SET UP FIRST TIME.

TV Setup and Sound Bar Setup was perfect. Both Geek Squad setup personnel were very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to everyone.

Easy to use controls. If you cant see all the control buttons or you're not sure which one to press, (as I am sometimes) you can use your voice on the control and it listens and makes the correct changes. The extra money this TV costs is worth it.
