The Geek Squad tech did a great job of setting up my new TV in my living. He even moved to old one to my bedroom and set it up there! He was very good and helped me get the TV hooked up to my router for streaming.

This TV does everything as advertised & more - Listening to radio on a Roku App right now & it sounds great - No need to add a soundbar because the sound is so Hi Fi stereo.

The two guys were both very nice & knew what they were doing when setting up my new TV. I recommend using the Geek Squad for any setup. They never disappoint!

Installing TV was okay but not enough time for teaching elderly on the use of the remote. Of course the men knew what to do which was good but this should include more time on use of remote for the TV.

I love my new Sony TV and the Geek Squad set it up with care as if it was their own. They patiently showed me the features on the remote and how to use my new Sony soundbar and DVD player. No Complaints!

The Geek Squad rep arrived on time, unpacked the tv, and set it up. Later, we needed the color adjusted and he returned to fix it.

Associates assembled the unit, made the required connections, set the input labels according to what was available, and made sure everything worked OK -- they were quick and efficient.

The agent not only set up the TV, instructed in use. Plus, he was able to make my existing wall mount work with this smaller unit.

My TV with swivel stand was assembled and connections to cable and Roku were completed. The agent answered many questions for me and guided me through the menu so I had an understanding of all menus. All packing materials were neatly removed and my 14 year old TV safely removed. Money well spent! Thank you!!

The Geek Squad boys were great. Friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. In addition to assembling the stand about 10x faster than I would have been able to do, they walked me through all the features of the new t.v. I hope Best Buy appreciates these guys as much as I do. They're exactly the kind of people who'd any business would want dealing with their clients, face to face. A million thank yous to both Geek Squaders who really made my day.

Excellent technician who set up my 55 inch Sony tv. He figured out a complicated setup because of my steaming device. An 11 out of 10!
