The Geek Squad guys that came out were very professional. They installed the system and showed us how to operate everything. Answered all our questions and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad.

Nathan and Rickie installed and set up my TV quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and explained all the features and how to use the remote. I was very pleased with the service.

The GeekSquad installer was very friendly and professional. He set up the tv and made sure it worked perfectly. He explained everything about the tv to me and made me feel very confident in the setup.. Couldn't have been a better installation.

The Geeks took two of my monster TV's away and set up my large Sony Oled in the existing space. Everything went smoothly and professionally. Unfortunately, cannot use my DVR player because it's an antique. Will be in to purchase a new one.

The agents set up my TV as well as all of our components. They went the extra mile to work on are Sony TV box to get it set up as well I was very impressed with the time that they spent to make sure everything was working perfect

They unboxed and setup the TV quickly. They had it running with my cable provider and gave me a run down on how it works. They then picked up all the wrapping and plastic and left with everything neat and tidy.

Tech wass courteous and competent. However, he showed up unannounced 5h orior to the beginning of my scheduled time range, catching me off guard and not cable to organize my complete list of preparatory issues/questions. Said he had to make a rush trip to Oklahoma so I was on the way. Did not hook up my DVD player and seemed anxious to adjust an issue when he thought he was thru even though he did fix the issue.

The agent was awesome. He made sure that the Sony sound bar, and the Sony blue ray player was all hooked up properly to the Sony TV along with my digital TV box. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working and hooked up properly with the sound bar and subwoofer so we got the best surround sound. The guy really knew his stuff. I was so relieved after he came to my house to set up everything properly.
