We had a projector installed. The technician called 30 minutes before arrival. He was helpful. We had problems installing, but he told me exactly what to buy. Waited for me to buy and bring it back and made sure everything was working properly before he left.

Tech wass courteous and competent. However, he showed up unannounced 5h orior to the beginning of my scheduled time range, catching me off guard and not cable to organize my complete list of preparatory issues/questions. Said he had to make a rush trip to Oklahoma so I was on the way. Did not hook up my DVD player and seemed anxious to adjust an issue when he thought he was thru even though he did fix the issue.

They were quick and efficient. The tv was connected to my service before they left.

Excellent service, the geek squad team is very professional and handled my 100 inch TV carefully. The installation was smooth and the staff also show me how to use my new TV. I am very satisfied with their service.

Installers and setup Geek Squad were great. They were so knowledgeable of the inner workings of the tv, and connected all the WiFi associated items. It was worth the additional money to have them do this.

The Geek Squad did a phenomenal and fast job of installing our tv and also explaining and showing us how to use it. They went through everything before they left to make sure every component was working and that we could work it as well.

The service techs arrived on schedule and promptly began installation of my equipment. They determined the new cable box was defective, but were able to obtain the result I desired without the new box,which I returned to the cable company!

The agents connected the TV to all my devices. They did a very thorough job, were very polite and made sure I had no questions and knew how to work everything prior to leaving. I was very impressed.

My installer was terrific! He was punctual, knowledgeable, informed me connection was not a good one and how it should be taken care of and what I needed to get the job completed. I had him return to do the rework. He again did a great job!

The third party contractor arrived around the time we had scheduled. He was extremely nice and professional. However, they clearly underestimated the job because they only had one person come. The technician could have definitely been more efficient with a second person, but they set it up perfectly fine nonetheless.

The two agents were totally knowledgeable about my soundbar system and additional rear speakers to get adjusted and working perfectly for my new Sony 75” tv

The Geek Squad installed my 75 inch Samsung television and remainder of the home theater components in no time and made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the setup. They even updated the devices and made sure everything was perfect.

The 2 men that came to setup and deliver the tv were excellent and patient. We’re senior citizens that can get confused by new remotes, new features, etc. After they left we called with questions and they actually had to come back to add on a feature we didn’t want the first trip. All in the same day. Great service and so, so glad we used them and didn’t try to do the installation ourselves. We would have returned it to the store out of frustration without their help!
