Got a new OLED TV and was sure glad that they hooked this up and got it running before they left. There is so much it does and while I like tinkering with it I feel a lot better after they walked me through it. It cost me a little but it was money well spent.

The agent mounted my TV and connected to all my devices and explained everything clearly

The agent kept me up to speed on his arrival time, showed up exactly when promised and set up my TV quickly, efficiently and cleanly.

This TV is terrific and I am so glad I purchased it. I originally had the Geek Squad scheduled to come and set up the TV but decided I would do it myself. So, sadly, I had to cancel my Geek Squad appointment to set up the TV. I say sadly, because we have used the Geek Squad on three other recent installations and they are TERRIFIC! Hopefully, we'll have to have them do something else in the future. Because of their wonderful service we received on three occasions, they get 5 stars, even for this "non-installation." They truly are consummate professionals and a joy to work with.

The guy did a great job setting this up. He was very helpful and showed me how to work everything.

the squad arrived on time and went to work on a site assessment , tha main problem that i have plaster lathe walls but they overcame the issue luckily it was above the fireplace so the plaster is much thicker there al in all a great job

I paid to have my new 65-inch TV installed and setup and programmed by The Geek Squad service they did an outstanding job and made installation look easy connected it to the internet smart TV Etc would highly recommend using them for any TV / 60 in
