Agent connected to tv. He was thorough and was quick, explained everything he was doing to connect my new tv. He programed the tv quickly.

The Geek Squad agent was very knowledgable and helpful. Set up TV and connected it to our existing equipment. He also explained the TV operation to us.

So you spend a few dollars extra and have absolutely no set up issues. The Geek squad was awesome. They even narrowed the 4 hour delivery window down to 2 hours. This is a large TV and they handled everything.
