Very professional 65 in TV hung within the hour.. no mess very pleasant gentleman.

I wanted more instruction on operation snd how to change settings like sound bar has too much background noise. The other TV moved closed caption on and have been unable to delete.

I like my new Samsung TV very much, however, I find the new modern remote very difficult to find what I want to watch. It took the Geek installer almost an hour to install and set up my YouTubeTV as my app. I don't wish to watch Samsung + and all the "old" tv series. I am considering switching to my google chrome remote, but haven't yet. I also think the TV is slow to turn on.

The guys that came to my house moved my old TV and set everything up with the new one. The were very clean and left no mess at all. They were both friendly and explained my new TV thoroughly. I will continue to use this service for every major purchase.

Installation was easy, quick, simple as all the "Smart" garbage was not required. Best part was the removal and haul off of the old tv and to be recycled. Price was a bit much but the recycle is worth it.

The installer did a great job, arrived on time and set everything up quickly. Cleared away all boxes and packing material and gave me a quick lesson on its features.

All good except, we were missing the TV remote. We had a Firestick but then realized that we needed it for an upgrade date. All good though, after having to purchase one separately.

The techs unboxed and then set up the TV and synced it to a Samsung - HW-B750D 5.1 Channel B-Series Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer, DTS Virtual:X and Bass Boost. They also configured the TV to attach to our home WIFI network. When they left, they also took with them, all of the boxes & related packing material.

technicians initially had difficulty finding hardware for swivel stand as Ceva Electronics made it a little difficult. Techs however persevered and did a bang up job

Great communication prior to & on the day of. They were on time and put booties on. Both technicians were outgoing and knowledgeable. Were not condescending. Demonstrated our device thoroughly - until we were comfortable using it.
