Jonathan, the Geek Squad representative, was absolutely wonderful! He was very considerate of my technical challenges and walked me through everything I need for my best viewing experience! The set up of my new Samsung 33” was smooth and perfect!

The technician was friendly, courteous, very efficient and knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions in a way we understood.

Verde Tv was great in alll communications and despite issues with Best Buy provided FIVE STAR delivery, installation, and set-up service.

The Best Buy geek squad came and boy did they do a bang up job with my new home theater, it’s a 7.2.4 surround system with all the bells and whistles and I want to personally thank Anthony,Patrick and Fernando for such a great job installing my speakers and wiring everything to its fullest potential and convenience, money we’ll spent for amazing service if u ever have any technician come for all your electronic needs this crew certainly went above and beyond, thanks also to Travis the consultant who helped me get these guys. I couldn’t recommend a better team.

The agents gave excellent service in the installation of my TV & connecting my Roku to the Sony TV.

The Best Buy Rep (Howard) was super knowledgeable and had the tv set up and working in a jiffy. He also helped with orientation for using the set.

The agents were exceptional in their knowledge and skill in setting up our television, sound bar and television stand. The Agent gave me a telephone to reach him if I had any follow up questions. Upon his departure due to my lack of knowledge I developed two technical problems. On each occasion he returned my call and walked me through a corrections!

The guy showed up on time and helped set up the tv with our direct tv remote. He was professional and friendly and helpful.

I'm an ongoing customer of the Geek Squad. Now all my electronics are covered under this new plan. I totally trust them to do a great job every time. The person that delivered and set up our TV was great.

Paying extra for geek squad to connect and set up is THE ONLY way to go! They did every thing and answered all the crazy questions that I had as well! And the 2nd best part was they took ALL the boxes and trash with them and left ZERO mess!

The techs who came to my home were polite and knowledgeable. They made sure to removed all of the boxes and packing materials and left a cell phone number in case I had questions.

The agents mounted my tv and hooked everything up and programmed my apps. They were very nice and extremely helpful with my questions.

Origial installation was great. Two professionals came to our home. We then had a problem that was probably caused by one of us. Called installer (per his instructions). No call back after four calls. Called his supervisor (his instructions). Called back within a day. Promised a call from installer. None after two days. Called supervisor again. Next day installer called. Promised to call or stop by. NOTHING. Paid a lot for Geek Squad help and am not happy that it has been two weeks!! I believe this service is a necessity but when paying for it, it should be available!! So yes, necessary. Recommend? No.

He was very well informed about the product and the installation went very smoothly. He programmed the set and the blue-ray player and explained everything so I could understand. Very good installer. A+++++

Great job!! The servicemen were thorough and very polite. They expjained everything. The tv works great and we are vety happy. The prices were reasonable. We are very pleased with everything.
