Quick, efficient, polite. Great results. I love the Geek Squad!

The agent who installed our tv was quite patient & very knowledgeable, but seemed less tender to seniors like us who understand tech slower.

The agents did an excellent job! Grateful for the opportunity to have them come into my home and set this up.

Overall the picture and sound quality is great, the only draw back we've noticed is the picture is a bit dark, otherwise great buy! Installed by the Geek Squad, professional, patient, efficient installation.

Mu agent was wonderful--pleasant, kind, knowledgeable and patient. He had to problem solve and he was very much able to do so. We were at the end of his long workday and he never hurried, giving the same service he would have given if it has been earlier in the day.

The agents came out and showed me how everything worked. They were very helpful. Explained all the different selections and how it all worked. they also connected a wire that had come undone.

Andrew set up the TV and programmed it very quickly. Very knowledgeable. Very patient. Able to answer all my questions.

The installation was done quickly but not smoothly. The picture and service were set up and I was instructed on the use of the TV controller, but it wasn't integrated properly with my cable controller. So we still need to use both controllers and the sound can't be controlled with the cable controller.

They explained what they were doing, answered all questions, provided other information and showed us how to get to different screens, switching from cable to streaming.
