My Technician Brian did a Fantastic Job setting up my TV !!! I will ask for him if I ever need a Geek Squad Tech even if I have to wait untl he is available.

The 2 young men that came to my house were very pleasant and knowledgeable had me set up in just a matter of minutes.

Geek squad set up the tv in just a few minutes, showing me how to find the settings for each portion of the picture and sound...offered good advice and helped me move my other tv to another room. I am very pleased.

The Geek Squad did everything promised in setting up the TV and sound bar and also hauled away our heavy old set. When we had a sync problem after they left, it took only a short phone call to give us instructions on fixing the problem.
