The techs were friendly, knowledgeable and went over the details with me.

Agents installed new tv and set it up. Plus moved old tv's to new locations and set them up. Did a great job.

Matt and his team did an outstanding job. They listened to where I wanted the unit placed and mounted it perfectly centered side to to side and up to down.

The installer arrived in a timely manner and completed the installation efficiently. He programed my Tivo remote to operate the new Sony TV and linked my WiFi.

They came on time and did a great job. They mounted my 65 inch TV over a fireplace and it looks great. Only complaint is that the service is a little expensive. I think if they would drop the price from 250 to 200 or 175 they would get more customers.

Geek Squad was very professional answered all my questions and the install was done in probably 45 minutes time I highly recommend using geek squad if you have a complicated setup like mine.

Guy's came in very professional. Spent three hours getting unit mounted and fishing all the connections. Well worth the price for the service

The guys were fantastic. They called to say they were on the way. They were professional and courteous when they arrived. I had ordered a new TV stand but the stand - having been pictured as having holes in the stand for external devices to be connected to the television actually - did not have holes for anything. I went ahead and asked the guys if they had a drill and explained why. One of the guys went to the truck and got the drill, drilled holes in the stand and hooked up my cable box and DVR and placed them in the stand, then cleaned up the mess to boot. They also hooked up applicable components to a new surge protector power strip, programmed my TV and remotes for cable, answered all of my questions and made suggestions as needed, and cleaned up the packaging and packing when they were done. HIGHLY recommend.

Apparently, Sony updates its products automatically remotely, which mucked up reception format. As I recall, the cable company cured that problem remotely. Otherwise, no problems. Nice picture, pretty good sound. 60".
