With great trepidation and a major lack of computer knowledge, I found myself having to solve my computer files problem via my computer with a tech rep on the other side. Once an official connection was established(no small initial feat by the tech rep with me on the other side!) The communication of my problem and the plan to solve it were clearly and quickly relayed to me. The amount of time the tech needed to have to solve my problem was clearly outlined to me. All questions were entertained and clear and detailed answers were relayed to me. I was thrilled and relieved with my computer files issue resolved.

Kyler & Frank did a fast efficient job, very smart for Installing TV's and Logitech remote. Very friendly and happy attitude. Will request them next time I need installation. Bev

The agent did a great job installing my new TV. He also moved my old tv to my guest room and set that one up as well.

The geeks were awesome. Took time to show me how to use the remotes since I had quit cable after 33 years. They took all debris with them.

COULDN'T HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF ANY BETTER. EVERYTIME I HAVE HAD TO CALL ON THEM TO HELP ME GET STARTED, THEY ARRIVE ON TIME, TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS AND BEFORE THEY LEAVE THEY MAKE SURE THAT I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING WITH A NEW PRODUCT!!!!!

The Geek Squad agent did a great installation and ordered a bracket for my other TV and had a team member bring it to make the entire installation complete and exceed my expectations

The Geek Squad Agent was competent and friendly. He quickly got to work, installed the wall mounts and connected the TV's. He was very patient and made sure I knew how to correctly operate the remote and television.

Cesar did a great job getting my TV up and going. I couldn't have done it without his help and knowledge.

The squad could not have been more knowledgeable and professional. A plus was that my one dog liked them.

The delivery and set up team set up the new tv and hooked up all are extras….sound bar, dvd player, cable box. They even programmed the remote and showed us how to operate it.

Team did an excellent job of setting up and testing all equipment. Appreciated the fact that they spent time explaining all the features. They even bundled the wiring to keep the installation neat and tidy.

Called before coming, courteous, patient,and totally efficient. Set our new TV up and went over all the new features we were getting. We just watched and everything was connected and running in no time.

The agents brought in my TV and connected it for me. It's working very well although I wish I could increase the volume as I am hearing impaired. All in all, I'm very happy with it.

The geek squad guys were professional and kind! They made sure I was comfortable with the tv showing me every platform it had and whether or not I had any further questions or concerns.

Very efficient, kind & thoughtful installers. The entire time wore their facemask & I did as well. Respectful & went thru all the procedures of making sure all components worked.

The tech was great! The only reason for the 4 stars is the not so great experience with setting up the service call. WAY too hard to get to the right person and then they didn't pay attention to the phone number I said to call which was a problem for the tech trying to find the place.
