The agents dis an excellent job setting up my new tv and answered all the questions I had. I was very well satisfied

they did a great job at putting in the T.V they followed the paper my romm mate as them to do and they did it very good

Technicians came and did a terrific job with setting up my new tv and they cleaned up the wires to make every thing look nice I would definitely use this service again.

We purchased a 55" TV, which included delivery, but not installation. Although I didn't need the technical support, I did need the muscle to safely remove the TV from the box, install the legs and set it in place. So, I paid the additional $100 for that service. Unfortunately, they were short handed on Geek Squad members that day and sent a third party vendor. Although he got the job done, the packaging was heavily damaged and loose parts were flying during the process. After the initial installation, I noticed a problem with one of the HDMI ports. In fairness, I don't think it was due to the handling that the TV endured. The TV was exhanged with a new one and that time, actual Geek Squad employees did the delivery and installation and did a Great Job. I would use the Geek Squad again but would insist that they not send a third party vendor.

The Geek Squad tech was very knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't be more satisfied. He took his time explaining how he was hooking everything up and then showed me how to work it all. I highly recommend this service.

The guys were great that setup my TV. they were great at showing me how to use the remote. I am 82 and I needed help.

Apropos the mere size of the lg television I purchased, no way could I just pick up and set up. Further, bc lg is a new brand to my household, I wanted setup to be easy and knew I’d have questions. Tech was an expert.

I purchased the 65' Smart Samsung LED. I love the picture and it works great with my Cable Company. The picture is clear & the Smart TV apps & channels are fun to have.

I was apprehensive about unpacking an ultra thin 4k TV, so I contracted the Geek Squad. Very professional, very helpful. They unpacked, hooked up and explained some of the navigational features and options of the TV. Great job!

Bought our TV and got perfect service at the store and during installation. The two gentlemen who came to the house were efficient as well as patient with us. Everything is working just as it should and I know how to use it all!

the tv is awesome! i just wished the tech would have took his time and showed me the remote fetures more but i figured out.

Terrific. Set up was for a 90 year old woman who's 15 year old TV gave out. The cabinet she insisted on using was a tight fit. The guys were very personable and patient. Explained things well. She is very happy.
