The agent who delivered our TV and set it up for us was a magician. The TV was too long for our cabinet and abra cadabra he found another piece of furniture to put it on and did all the moving around of the pieces. He not only solved the problem, we like the room better with the furniture pieces exchanged. He was also so patient in making sure we understood how the whole thing worked!

The Geek Squad came & set up my new Sony- they called before they arrived- mounted it above my fireplace & set it up. They did a Great job! Even the guy that came to set up my satellite commented on what a great job they did!

The first guys to do the installation were great and knowledgeable. They did a professional job with now damage to anything and cleaned up after themselves.

The Geed Squad met expectations. Delivery was on time and the two gentlemen worked together efficiently to set-up the TV and answered any questions I had. One recommendation would be for the technician to explain the set-up options he chose by and why.

Although I have a professional background in installing and using various technological devices, I no longer can manipulate the equipment. Despite looking like a typical technologically illiterate grandmother as so many young techno geeks tend to view me, I was not treated that way by Geek Squad tech Kyle. Nevertheless, he made certain I understood all the features of my new tv (since I was upgrading from a 25-yo tv) as well as the new services available from Roku even though I already had a Roku device on my other tv. Furthermore, he was tenacious in hunting down a necessary but elusive code to connect with my satellite service. I will be requesting his assistance in all my future tech product purchases including a soon-to-be-purchased computer.

We have had their services on previous occasions and it's always been great. Don't be shy about asking questions because it's not fair to them for you to criticize them later when you could have been informed the day of installation.
